This application is for performers, musicians, dancers, and other performance-based creatives interested in participating in our upcoming market.

You will receive an email notification once your application is approved, rejected, or waitlisted. Accepted performers will receive load-in instructions and the Northwest Metaphysical Market Equipment Use Agreement at least one week before each event date. The Equipment Use Agreement can also be accessed within this application. A completed agreement is required for all performers, whether you choose to use our equipment or bring your own. Completed and signed agreements may be emailed to nwmetaphysicalmarket@gmail.com. All applications are reviewed to ensure a balanced, high-quality market experience.

This application is for food truck vendors interested in participating in our upcoming market. Eligible vendors operate fully licensed mobile food units offering prepared meals, beverages, or specialty food items. All units must comply with all Washington State and Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department regulations. Please indicate any requirements, such as electricity, parking needs, propane use, or accessibility considerations, in the "Special requests" portion of the application.
