All guests agree to hold Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited faultless in the event of personal injury or theft while attending the event.
All guests are expected to respect their surroundings, other guests, and themselves while attending events hosted by Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited.
The Night Court Seelie Spring Ball is an adult-only event for ages 18 and older.
Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited reserved the right to refuse service to any individual.
Formal costume events are dress code-enforced. Cosplay is not required; formal attire is.
Guests are responsible for any property damage they cause.
Guests are required to have a legal government-issued ID or will be denied entrance into the event space.
Guests are responsible for any concerns regarding their allergies.
For paid admission events, guests must have proof of admission. Proof of admission must match the information provided with payment for the event ticket.
Guests cannot bring live blades or carry firearms to our events. Prop weapons should be blunted and safe to the touch. Prop weapons will be peace-tied after inspection.
Gathering Of Kingdoms, Limited is not responsible for theft at our event. Please secure all belongings.
Guests are reminded to engage in self-care while attending.
Service dogs with proper identification and service vests are permitted. The property does not allow pets or emotional support animals. Service animals and their needs are the responsibility of their owner. Reactive dogs will be asked to leave at events for the dog's safety and others around it.
Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcoholic drinks onto the property unless the event expressly says so.
Guests are not allowed to bring any illegal substances onto the property.

World Class Historic Venue
immersive yourself for the evening in a world class historic venue. Founded by the Order of the Draconus in 1896, construction on this gilded age venue finished in 1912. From the hand-cut antique crystal chandeliers to the antique forged railing and hand-painted gold leaf ceilings, patrons are certain to love the location.
Live Music - Royal Lounge
The enchanting musician Amy Lauback will grace the Night Court Seelie Spring Ball with her mesmerizing harp melodies in the Royal Lounge! Join us as she weaves magic through the strings, playing captivating music inspired by popular fantasy music from fan favorites such as Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Baldur's Gate 3. Let her music transport you to realms beyond imagination as we dance the night away in a world of wonder and enchantment. Don't miss this extraordinary live performance at the Night Court fantasy ball!
Suriel - Fortune Telling
An enigmatic figure lurks in the shadows at the Night Court. Shrouded in layers of fabric, this Dark Fae is a captive advisor to the Court. Throughout the evening, those brave enough to approach the Suriel may seek to advice and wisdom and have crystals and runes cast to divine the threads of fate. Be careful what you ask for and what you want to know, for not everything you seek is truly what your heart may desire.
It is rumored that if the Suriel finds your company pleasing, you may be gifted a crystalized tear from a siren.
VIP Patrons will enjoy a special ritual upgrade, 'A Thread Of Fate'.
Treasure Hunt
Problematic Pixies have stolen and hidden keys that are very important to the Night Court. What is even worse, they enchanted these keys so that members of the Night Court can not locate them or touch them unless given the keys by someone from outside the Kingdom. A call to aid is being issued to attending Patrons, Nobles, and Royalty visiting during the Seelie Spring Ball: find the keys, and you will be well rewarded.
There are 15 hidden keys throughout the Court, in both the main Ballroom and the Royal Lounge. Find a key and turn it in at our Heralds Desk to claim a treasure.
The treasures include crowns, beautiful jewelry sets, crystals, and more. Total retail value estimated $500 in prizes. Sponsored by Ohio Kimono, LLC.

Treasure Hunt Rules
-1 Key per person may be redeemed.
-If you find more than 1 key, you may gift it to someone else to redeem.
-Keys will only be hidden in the event space.
-Treasures are selected at random by whoever bears the key.
-Once selected, the treasure may not be returned for another try at a different treasure.
-Keys may be redeemed only during the ball.
Candid Professional Photos
We have hired one of the best candid event photographers in the state to attend the ball and capture the most magical moments of patrons of the ball. All these photos will be free to download after the ball in a gallery for everyone to enjoy at no extra cost.
Trinket Trading
Trinket Trading is a well established tradition at Court as well as other places! Bring trinkets and trade or gift them to others. There are various tasks at Court that can be performed to earn trinkets from the staff, as well as games with exclusive trinkets that can be won!
Deserts
Guests of the Night Court - Seelie Spring ball will enjoy a wide spread of various deserts throughout the night available in the Royal Lounge, which will also feature live music.
Hors d'oeuvres
A wide variety of Hors d'oeuvres will be served at the Night court - Seelie Spring Ball.
Early Entry - VIP
Royal & Noble (VIP) guests of the Night Court - Seelie Spring Ball can enjoy early entry into the event space. This early entry includes a VIP tea social and mingle, early access to photo-op locations, and as well as VIP reserved seating for the Ball.
Coat & Prop Check
Epic outfits require epic props. Sometimes those props get to be a bit much and you just want to take them off, and we have you covered.
All night guests of the Night court - Seelie Spring Ball can enjoy unlimited secure prop and coat checks for the evening.
Fully staffed, the coat check room has security features.
Formal Dance Sessions
What is a ball without formal dance sessions? Guests are invited to claim a space at the formal ballroom dance sessions, where we will waltz and perform the group dance to music.

Reserved Seating For VIP & Accessibility
Royal & Noble Patrons of the Court, as well as our accessibility patrons, will enjoy reserved seating. Seating is limited, and is not assigned to individuals.
Cosplay Royal Court
Mingle with some of the top cosplayers in the tri-state region as they dance the night away in immersive costumes.
VIP Invitations
Royal Scribes are delighted to offer personally addressed custom invitations to VIP patrons, 1 per mailing address. These physical invitations are personalized, and include small handmade touches.
-1 mailed per household/mailing address. The invitation mailed to the address will feature the names of patrons attending at that address.

Browse among carefully curated whimsical vendors certain to delight at the Seelie Spring Ball hosted by the Night Court.
2 Bars - Less Lines
No one likes to wait in line, which is why we have 2 separate bars operating in each ballroom. Spend less time in line, and more time with your friends!
All night there will be themed adult drinks and beverages at our pay bars.
Non-adult drinks are included with ticket costs.
Free Secure Parking
Patrons of the ball will enjoy on-site secure parking with a private entrance.
The private entrance is accessibility inclusive, with a ramp, automatic doors, and wide steps.
Games - Earn Trinkets
Pull up a chair and enjoy a few card games with whimsical trinket prizes! This is a great way to earn unique and whimsical trinkets.

-The tickets and name on a valid government-issued ID need to match for check-in.
-No paper ticket will be issued. Guests will get a virtual QR code in their email.
