Parking instructions
Gate E is the entrance for the festival at the fairgrounds. Parking is free and Handicap parking is located near the gate.
Health & safety
No dogs other than service dogs specifically identified as such are permitted at the festival unless registered with the committee. Masks are welcome but not required.

Priority of acceptance to the NHSW (and space assignment) is given to 2025 Returning Vendors, provided applications are received within the listed deadlines. New vendors MUST submit photos of the goods you plan to sell. Ideally, a photo of your booth display from another festival would be included. Camping on-site is available.
