The Nauset Summer Craft Festival is an outdoor juried arts & crafts event held during one of Cape Cod’s busiest summer weekends. Produced by Castleberry Fairs & Festivals, the festival attracts a mix of Cape Cod locals and seasonal visitors seeking high-quality, American-made handmade work.
The show features over 70 thoughtfully curated artisans and specialty food exhibitors, creating a balanced and engaging shopping experience. Artisans can expect strong regional promotion and an audience that values originality, craftsmanship, and meeting the makers behind the work.
Exhibitor Notes
- Event Hours: Sat. 10-5 / Sun. 10-4
- No overnight parking is permitted at this location.
- Setup: NO FRIDAY SETUP. Saturday only, 6:00–9:00 AM.
- This is a tight, drop-and-go setup. Exhibitors must unload efficiently and move vehicles promptly.
Outdoor Setup & Safety:
This is a fully outdoor, high-wind location on grass. All canopies must be properly secured with a minimum of 40 lbs per leg (heavier weights strongly recommended).
Application Deposit:
A $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged upon approval. The remaining booth balance will be charged separately according to the payment schedule below.
Payment Timing:
Remaining balances will be charged on or after July 8, 2026. Applications submitted on or after this date will be charged the full booth amount upon approval.
Insurance:
A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required for exhibitors offering consumable goods, including food, candles, personal care, aromatherapy, and similar products.
Specialty Food Requirements
Specialty food exhibitors must comply with all applicable state and local health regulations. Castleberry Fairs has applied for a blanket health permit through the Orleans Health Department, which is currently pending approval.
- If individual permits or additional documentation are required, exhibitors will be notified as soon as possible.
- Exhibitors remain responsible for obtaining and maintaining any applicable individual licenses, certifications, or approvals and must be prepared to provide required documentation upon request by the Board of Health.
- Specialty food exhibitors must bring the following documentation onsite:
- Current health permits or licenses
- ServSafe certification
- Allergen Awareness certification
- Copies of product labels for all items being sold
