2026 Nashville Pride Festival and Parade

This application is not for: 

Political Party Candidates - Bicentennial Capital Mall State Park is on state property which prohibits display of campaign signs, banners, advertising, etc. (little Hatch Act, TCA 2-19-206). For this reason, political party candidates are not able to become a vendor at Nashville Pride.

Political Party Candidates can, however, participate in the Nashville Pride Parade. Click HERE for the application.

Corporations, large businesses, national brands, and franchises grossing over $1 million in annual revenue must be a sponsor of the festival in order to qualify for vendor/booth space. Please reach out to sponsorships@goodneighborfestivals.com if you are interested in sponsoring the event.

Vendor Information and Descriptions:
Vendor Types & Pricing (does not include the $100 vendor permit fee):

Not For Profit -- Must be appropriately registered and obtain a recognized non-profit status.

Artist/Local Artisan Business -- Items must be handmade by the applicant to be considered an artist. A local artisan business is a local Nashville business that sells items that are handcrafted by other artisans.

Business -- Local Business who gross under $1 million will use their space for promotional purposes or sell mass-produced items.

Vendor Categories:

Not For Profit Space- $300 (Pride provides a 10x10 space)

Local Maker/Artisan Space- $300 (Pride provides a 10'x10' space)

Local Artisan Business Space- $500 (Pride provides a 10'x10' space)

Business Space- $900 (Pride provides a 10'x10' space)

Additional Rental Options: 
Vendors have the option to rent additional tables and chairs, make appropriate selections on the form below based on your needs for the event.

Tables- Range $15 - $60 depending on how many you select.

Chairs- Range $10 - $40 depending on how many you select.

Event Power - $200 Access to electricity is also available for purchase at Nashville Pride. Electricity availability is limited at the event and includes access to one standard outlet only. Selecting that you need power on this form does not guarantee access. If it is still available at the time of your application, it will be added to your total fees upon acceptance.

Additional Fees:

-In addition to the vendor fee listed below, all vendors must pay $100 for the vendor permit application fee required by Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. Vendors can expect this amount to be included on the total fees upon acceptance into the event.

Each vendor fee includes (6) entries into Nashville Pride Festival. You will be able to purchase additional entries at a later date. These entries will be sent approximately THREE weeks prior to the event.

Upon acceptance, vendors will be required to submit two COIs listing the following groups as additionally insured-

Vendor Information and Descriptions:

Food Vendor/Truck- 15% of sales at the event
--Nashville Pride will collect a non-refundable deposit of $550 upon acceptance into Nashville Pride. After the event food vendors will need to provide a gross sales report.  In the event 15% of your gross sales exceeds the deposit amount, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Failure to provide your sales report will result in denial of applications for future events.
-Example: You will provide a non-refundable $550 deposit prior to the event. If your gross sales are $6,000 (15% of $6,000= $900), you will receive an invoice for an additional $350. If your gross sales are $3,000 (15% of $4,000= $450), you will not receive additional invoice.
*Please note Nashville Pride does not provide power, water, or ice to food vendors.

Community Groups
(Community groups/organizations that are not for profit and do not have non-profit status but wish to support Nashville Pride)
-Marchers: $110 (per group)
-Vehicles/Floats(this includes marchers): $250 
 
Non-Profit Organizations
(Non profit unaffiliated with a corporate partner with an operating budget of under $1mm)
-Marchers: $225 (per group)
-Vehicles/Floats(this includes marchers): $350
 
Large Non-Profit Organizations
(Non profit unaffiliated with a corporate partner with an operating budget of over $1mm)
-Marchers: $350 (per group)
-Vehicles/Floats(this includes marchers): $500
 
Government Organizations and Political Groups
(City, State, Federal governmental agencies/departments All politicians/individuals with a legislative agenda that are or will be running for political office)
-Marchers: $750 (per group)
-Vehicles/Floats(this includes marchers): $950
 
Local Small Business
(Locally based businesses such as bars, restaurants, stores, groups without a corporate presence or franchise affiliation)
-Marchers: $225 (per group)
-Vehicles/Floats(this includes marchers): $500
 
Standard Business
(Corporations, large businesses, and franchises)
-Marchers: $1,150 (per group)
-Vehicles/Floats(this includes marchers): $1,500

Nashville Pride reserves the right to reject any application for any reason.

**The Nashville Pride Parade Rates do not include entry tickets into the Nashville Pride Festival.
