Your application will be reviewed by City Staff and acceptance/denied emails will be sent out by April 1, 2026.

If approved you will need to provide the following insurance:

Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Elk Grove as the certificate holder
Separate Additional Endorsement Page (Must be a separate page listing the following as additional Insured: “The City of Elk Grove, its officials, employees, agents and volunteers”)

Vendors offering creative, stylish, or experiential products that pair well with a relaxed evening vibe are encouraged. Family-friendly vendors and community organizations providing interactive or educational activities are welcome.

Electricity will not be provided, no generators are allowed. No tables, chairs or pop-up tents will be provided. All booth spaces are outdoors with limited shade coverage. Vendor is responsible for all booth needs, you must have tent weights for all corners of your tent.
