3 hours | All supplies included
This monthly handbuilding workshop is an invitation to slow down, get your hands dirty, and explore clay in a supportive, guided environment. Each session will focus on a specific handbuilding technique or creative prompt—such as pinch, coil, slab, or a themed sculptural exercise—designed to build skills while encouraging personal expression.
Participants can expect step-by-step instruction, demonstrations, and plenty of time to work at their own pace. No prior ceramics experience is required, though experienced artists are welcome and encouraged to experiment within the structure provided. This workshop emphasizes process over perfection, allowing space for curiosity, mistakes, and discovery.
All clay, tools, and materials are provided. Finished pieces will be fired by Heidi Tournoux Studios and available for pickup at one of our future Glaze Workshop Dates.
