1. Entry & Ticketing
All guests must present a valid ticket or reservation (digital or printed) for entry.
Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Attendees are subject to security screening upon entry.
2. Refunds & Cancellations
Table reservations are refundable up to 14 days before the event.
No refunds will be issued for general admission tickets or reserved seating within 14 days of the event unless the event is canceled.
The event will proceed rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued for inclement weather unless the entire festival is canceled.
3. Code of Conduct
We are committed to a safe, inclusive, and celebratory environment for all. By entering the event grounds, you agree to:
Treat all guests, staff, and vendors with respect.
Refrain from disruptive behavior, harassment, violence, or hate speech of any kind.
Drink responsibly. Over-served individuals may be removed without refund.
Follow all posted signage and staff instructions.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises and permanent ban from future events.
4. Prohibited Items
For the safety of all guests, the following items are not permitted:
Outside alcohol or beverages
Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives)
Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia
Fireworks or explosives
Large umbrellas, tents, or canopies
Bicycles, scooters, skateboards inside event areas
Drones or professional camera equipment without prior approval
All bags are subject to inspection.
5. Photographs, Media & Marketing Use
By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in festival photography and video for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes. All media captured by official festival photographers becomes the property of the event organizers.
6. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, including injury, illness, or property loss, and release event organizers, sponsors, vendors, and venue operators from any liability. By entering the grounds, you acknowledge these risks.
COVID-19 Acknowledgment: By attending, you assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or other illnesses and agree to follow public health guidelines in place at the time of the event.
7. Children & Pets
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of certified service animals.
8. Accessibility
Milwaukee Oktoberfest is ADA-accessible and offers accommodations upon request. Please contact us in advance at Julian@ for accessibility arrangements.
9. Changes to the Event
Event organizers reserve the right to change, reschedule, or cancel any portion of the event (including performers, schedules, or vendors) without prior notice.
