On-Site Parking Limited parking is available on-site at Henry Maier Festival Park, accessible via South Gate and surrounding festival lots. Parking is first-come, first-served Daily rate: $25–$40 (rates may vary by lot and day) No overnight parking, tailgating, or RVs permitted ADA-accessible parking is available with valid permit We recommend arriving early, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, when lots fill quickly. Nearby Public Parking A variety of downtown lots and garages are located within walking distance (5–15 minutes) of the festival grounds. Many offer more affordable rates and easier in/out access. Bike, Scooter & Motorcycle Parking Bicycle parking racks are available near all three main entrances (festival is at Mid-Gate Entrance) Motorcycle parking is available in designated areas on a first-come basis (~$20/day) Public Transit & Ride Options Avoid traffic by taking advantage of Milwaukee’s public and eco-friendly transit: The Hop Streetcar – Free and convenient. Milwaukee Oktoberfest | October 2-4,2025 Henry Maier Festival Park | Hosted by Kegel’s Inn Our priority is creating a safe, welcoming, and joyful experience for every guest. These guidelines are in place to protect your health, promote responsible celebration, and keep the spirit of Oktoberfest alive for all. General Health & Wellness Please stay home if you’re feeling sick, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have recently tested positive for COVID-19, flu, or other contagious diseases. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the park — especially near food areas, restrooms, and high-touch locations. Indoor facilities and restrooms are cleaned and sanitized regularly by professional crews. Infectious Disease & Public Health Policy Milwaukee Oktoberfest will follow all City of Milwaukee Health Department guidelines in place at the time of the event. Masks are not currently required but are welcomed and respected. Guests may wear a mask at any time for personal comfort. Should new public health orders be issued prior to the festival, we will adjust safety protocols accordingly and notify ticket holders. Responsible Drinking & Crowd Behavior Drink responsibly. Anyone appearing overly intoxicated may be refused service or removed from the festival grounds at the discretion of staff or security. Milwaukee Oktoberfest is a family-friendly event. Disorderly behavior, aggression, or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Alcohol may not be brought into or removed from the festival grounds. Children & Family Safety Children are welcome and must be supervised at all times. A designated Family & Lost Child Zone will be clearly marked near the Information Tent. Staff and security are trained to assist with lost child procedures. Emergency Response & First Aid A fully staffed First Aid Station will be located near the Mid Gate. Trained medical personnel will be on site during all festival hours. In case of emergency, alert any staff member, security guard, or call 9-1-1. Security, fire, and EMS services will be coordinated with the Milwaukee Police & Fire Departments and Henry Maier Festival Park Emergency Teams. Security & Bag Policy All guests are subject to bag checks and security screening upon entry. Small bags and purses are permitted; large backpacks, coolers, and outside food/drink are not. Please report any suspicious behavior or unattended items immediately. Weather Safety The festival is rain or shine, but in the case of lightning, severe storms, or extreme weather, festival management may pause programming and make safety announcements via stage MCs and signage. Tents, pavilions, and indoor spaces offer shelter — please follow staff guidance during weather-related updates. Accessibility & Mobility The festival grounds are ADA-accessible, with designated restrooms and parking available. Guests needing mobility assistance should visit the Information Tent near the South Gate or contact us in advance at info@ Final Reminders: Follow posted signage and staff instructions at all times. Prepackaged Food Vendor Application – Milwaukee Oktoberfest
October 2-4, 2026 | Henry Maier Festival Park

Milwaukee Oktoberfest is proud to showcase a curated selection of artisan, locally made, and culturally inspired prepackaged food products for thousands of festival goers each year. From Bavarian-style snacks to gourmet treats, we invite vendors who offer high-quality, ready-to-eat or shelf-stable items to join us for a weekend of food, music, and gemütlichkeit on the lakefront.

This application is intended for vendors selling sealed, prepackaged food items such as:

  • Pretzels, cookies, and baked goods

  • Specialty popcorn or nuts

  • Jams, jellies, honey, or sauces

  • Chocolates, candies, or other confections

  • Pickled goods, jerky, or canned items

Vendors may not sell hot, prepared, or made-to-order food through this application.

 

Approved vendors will be provided with:

  • A designated 10’x10’ booth space in the vendor market area

  • Access to high foot traffic near entertainment and beverage zones

  • Event marketing inclusion (website listing + signage)

  • Staff/vendor passes for working the festival

All vendors must meet current Wisconsin DATCP regulations for prepackaged food sales and provide proof of product liability insurance. Preference will be given to vendors offering items aligned with German, European, or Milwaukee heritage themes.

We’re looking for small businesses with big flavor, strong presentation, and a passion for quality.

Whether you’re a potter, woodworker, leather crafter, painter, metalworker, or fiber artist, we invite you to apply.

Vendor Details

  • Booth Fee: LIsted below for the full weekend (Friday–Sunday)

  • Booth Size: 10’ x 10’ space. Larger booths available by request.

  • Setup: October 1, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

  • Tear Down: October 4, after 6:00 PM

  • Operating Hours:

    • Friday: 4:00 PM–10:00 PM

    • Saturday: 11:00 AM–10:00 PM

    • Sunday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM

What We Provide

  • Designated booth space - choose your own space on the vendor map. 

  • Inclusion on the official Oktoberfest website vendor list

  • Social media highlight opportunities

  • On-site vendor support during event hours

  • Electricity available for additional charge (limited spots)

What You Provide

  • Your own tent, tables, displays, and signage

  • Valid WI seller’s permit or temporary event permit

  • Product photos for marketing

  • Commitment to being present all 3 days of the event

Application Requirements

  2. 3–5 high-quality photos of your work and booth setup

  3. Description of your handmade process (materials, techniques, etc.)

  4. Proof of insurance (COI must be attached to application to be considered)

  5. Payment upon acceptance
