The following Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees, participants, vendors, performers, volunteers, and exhibitors (“Participants”) of the Middletown Family Fun Festival 2026, held on Friday, September 11, 2026 and Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Wetherby Park and Main Street, Middletown, KY. By attending or participating in the Festival, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Festival Admission & Attendance
The Festival is a family-friendly community event open to the public.
All attendees must follow posted signage, staff directions, and safety guidelines.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
2. Event Activities
Activities may include arts & crafts, food trucks, animal shows, cooking demonstrations, live music, fireworks, and a drone show.
The Festival reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel activities due to weather, safety concerns, or operational needs without prior notice.
Participation in any activity is at your own risk.
3. Safety & Conduct
Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the Festival grounds.
Participants must respect all property, public spaces, and Festival equipment.
No weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous items are permitted.
Fireworks and drones used during the show are operated solely by licensed professionals; attendees must stay within designated safe zones.
4. Animals
Animals featured in official shows will be handled by qualified professionals.
Attendees bringing pets must comply with all local leash and safety regulations. Aggressive or uncontrolled animals may be asked to leave.
5. Vendors & Exhibitors
Vendors must comply with all local health, safety, and licensing requirements.
Each vendor is responsible for their setup, equipment, and products at all times.
Festival organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or personal injury involving vendor property or goods.
Vendors must maintain a clean area and follow any waste-disposal guidelines set by the Festival.
6. Photography & Media
By entering the Festival, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in promotional materials, photography, livestreams, or media coverage taken during the event.
Personal photography is permitted so long as it does not obstruct activities or interfere with other participants.
7. Weather, Closures & Emergencies
The Festival will take place rain or shine; however, certain attractions may be postponed or canceled due to weather or safety concerns.
In the event of an emergency, attendees must follow instructions from Festival staff, security, or emergency services.
8. Liability
Attendance is voluntary; participants assume all risks associated with attending outdoor public events.
Festival organizers, sponsors, staff, and volunteers are not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damages incurred during the event, except where required by law.
9. Prohibited Items
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the following are not permitted:
Firearms or weapons of any kind
Illegal drugs or substances
Unauthorized drones or fireworks
Excessive noise-making devices
Any item deemed unsafe by Festival staff
10. Acceptance of Terms
By attending or participating in the Middletown Family Fun Festival 2026, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. Festival organizers reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
