Meditative Drawing (4 sessions)

Jan 5, 12, 19, 26 (make up classes available on Thursdays at 1pm) Meditative Drawing – A Creative Practice for Calm & Focus Slow down, breathe deep, and let your pen become a tool for relaxation. In this meditative drawing series, you’ll explore the calming power of repetitive marking, pattern play, and intuitive doodling. Mandalas will be introduced as one small part of the four-class journey, alongside other soothing techniques designed to quiet the mind and build gentle creative confidence. No drawing experience is needed—this class is all about the process, not perfection. Through simple structure, repetition, and flow, you’ll create beautiful, personal drawings while easing stress and reconnecting with your creativity. You’ll leave each class with finished work and practical tools you can use anytime you need a creative reset. Supplies: Paper and pencils provided. You will need to have: Ruler, protractor, drawing compass, Micron pen set of eight black pens of different sizes (photo is in description, on Amazon for a little over $13).
