About the event
We produce a six day, (2) three day weekends, event that enjoys 15,000 -20,000 attendees and over 200 Exhibitors. All exhibits are in heating buildings. The show has been running for 42 years and is still operated by the same family. There is a $10.00 per person, per day fee plus $2.00 parking per day fee to attend the event. There is live music, Santa, food tastings, a large food tent where lunch is served and lots of fun!

Parking instructions
Exhibitors should enter through the main gate on E. Patrick Street and go to the office in the first building directly in front of the gate labeled 9. There they will receive instructions on where to park along with a parking pass. Attendees enter the Frederick Fairgrounds at the lower gate on E. Patrick Street where they will pay $2.00 per car plus admissions and be directed to their parking area. There is ample handicapped parking available.

Health & safety
There are restrooms throughout the exhibitor areas. There is an information booth in building number 9 where all emergencies should be reported. This is also where we keep the lost and found items.

Welcome to the event! Browse through our applications and let us know if you have any questions.This is an electronic agreement and by selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

 

The subcategories that fall withing the category of arts and crafts are clithing, textiles, glass, jewelry, metal, mixed media, painting and prints,, photography, pottery and clay, printmaking, wood, apothecary, specialty food and beverage.  There are exceptions to these categories made if deedmed benefical to the show. Pictures of exhibitors work must be the work presented t the show.  Food and beverage that is not mass produced must be packaged for offsite consumption.  All food and beverage exhibitors will be required to get a health permit from the City of Frederick 30 days prior to the start of the show.

 

Artist amenties include 20 comp tickets to use for their customers to visit their exhibit at the show.  You will be sent 10 upon approval and an additional 10 upon your request. Promotional postcards, printed artist directory, discounted hotel rates and free parking.

 

Booths must be professional and asthetically pleasing.  The show provides pipe, drape and signage.  NO BANNERS ARE ALLOWED UNLESS APPROVED BY SHOW MANAGEMENT.  Tent tops/ceiling type coverings are not permitted to be used.  Artist must have a person present in their booth at alltimes.  There should be no tear edown before the show is over each day.

 

Terms & Conditions
Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Drinking alcohol at the show is prohibited. Aggressive behavior, use of weapons or profanity will result in removal from the show.
