By submitting an application and/or participating in the Magnolia Park Vintage Flea Market (“Event”), the Vendor agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Participation
All vendors must be approved by event organizers prior to participation.
The Event reserves the right to deny, restrict, or remove any vendor for any reason, including non-compliance with these terms or inappropriate conduct.
The Event is a rain or shine event unless officially canceled by the organizers due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances.
2. Space Assignments
Booth spaces are assigned in advance by event management.
Vendor may not change, swap, or sublease their space without prior approval.
Booths will be clearly marked and must remain within their designated footprint.
3. Setup & Breakdown
Load-in: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Vendors must be fully set up and ready to sell by 11:00 AM.
Breakdown: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM. No early breakdowns are permitted.
Vendors must remove all items, trash, and debris from their space by the end of the event.
4. Equipment & Supplies
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and displays.
All tents must be properly weighted for outdoor use (minimum 25 lbs. per leg).
No power or electricity is provided. Vendors may bring quiet battery packs or inverters if needed. Gas generators are not allowed.
5. Sales & Permits
Vendors are responsible for complying with all City of Burbank, County of Los Angeles, and State of California requirements for temporary sales.
All vendors must have a valid California Seller’s Permit or obtain a City of Burbank Temporary Seller’s Permit through the event organizers prior to the event.
Food sales are not permitted unless specifically authorized in writing.
6. Conduct & Compliance
Vendors must conduct themselves in a respectful, professional manner toward event staff, other vendors, and attendees.
No counterfeit, illegal, or black-market items may be sold.
Any adult-themed or 18+ materials must be displayed discreetly and out of view of minors.
Vendors must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including health and safety regulations.
7. Liability & Insurance
Vendors participate at their own risk.
The Event, Magnolia Park Events, Magnolia Park Merchants Association, UMe Credit Union, Bank of America, and the City of Burbank assume no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to property, goods, or persons before, during, or after the Event.
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own general liability insurance coverage.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
All sales are final. Booth fees are non-refundable unless the event is officially canceled by the organizers.
In the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen conditions, fees may be applied toward a future market date.
9. Media & Promotion
By participating, vendors grant permission for the Event to use photographs, video, or other media of their booth, products, or likeness for marketing and promotional purposes.
10. Agreement
By submitting an application and payment, the Vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and all other event rules as outlined by the organizers.
