Health & safety
The Magnolia Park Vintage Flea Market is committed to providing a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for vendors and attendees. To help us keep everyone healthy and the event running smoothly, please review and follow these guidelines: General Safety All tents must be securely weighted (minimum 25 lbs. per leg). Unweighted tents will not be allowed to remain up. A clear fire lane and pedestrian path must be maintained at all times. Booths, tables, and displays must stay within your assigned space. No open flames, cooking equipment, or combustible materials are permitted unless pre-approved in writing. Extension cords, inverters, and battery packs must be in good working condition. Gas generators are not allowed. Report any accidents, spills, or safety concerns immediately to event staff. Health & Sanitation Keep your booth area clean and tidy throughout the day. Dispose of trash in the provided bins before leaving. Vendors handling products or artwork that may generate waste (paint, adhesives, packaging, etc.) must ensure proper containment and cleanup. If you are selling consumable products (e.g., sealed snacks, bottled drinks), items must be commercially packaged and labeled. A hand sanitizer station or wipes are recommended for your booth, especially if you handle cash or merchandise. Weather Preparedness This is an outdoor event — please prepare for heat, sun, or light wind. Bring water, sunscreen, and protective coverings as needed. If high winds occur, vendors may be asked to lower tent canopies or take other safety measures. In case of rain or other inclement weather, the event organizers will communicate any changes or cancellations via email and Eventeny. Personal Conduct Vendors are expected to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all attendees. No aggressive solicitation, smoking, or vaping is permitted within the event area. Please follow all directions from event staff, security, and City of Burbank representatives. Emergency Procedures In the event of an emergency, follow instructions from event staff or first responders. Emergency exits and access lanes must remain clear at all times. First aid assistance will be available onsite; report any incidents immediately. By participating in the Magnolia Park Vintage Flea Market, you agree to comply with all health and safety regulations set forth by Magnolia Park Events, the City of Burbank, and any applicable county or state agencies.
