Thank you for your interest in becoming a Vendor/Exhibitor at the Macon Pride Festival!

The Festival is open to the public on Saturday, September 27 from 2-9 pm.

EXHIBITOR/VENDOR FEE STRUCTURE:

• NON-PROFITS (Must be registered in the state of Georgia): $0
• EXHIBITOR BOOTH (No items for sale): $25
• VENDOR BOOTH (Selling products or services): $50
• SPONSOR BOOTH (Included with Sponsorship): $0

The Festival is open to the public on Saturday, September 27 from 2-9 pm.

FEE STRUCTURE:

$100 non-refundable fee, charged upon approval by Macon Pride Inc.

Once approved and charged, fee is non-refundable unless the entire event is cancelled.

NOTE: An additional opportunity for Food Vendor participation exists on Sunday, during the Family Picnic and Worship Service. This event is held at Coleman Hill in Macon, Georgia between the hours of Noon and 3:00 pm. Food Vendors have access for set up beginning at 10:30 am and are asked to stay until the event ends at 3:00 pm. Please indicate your interest via the last question in this application. We will contact people who are interested in attending the Sunday event.
