All event payments go through this website. Space includes room for a 6' table and up to 2 chairs. If you need more room, please buy a second space. Some small shelving can occasionally be accommodated, as long as it does not encroach on your neighboring vendor. This must be pre-approved in all cases by Let's Roc Market prior to the day of the event. Outlets are limited and are on a first come-first serve basis. If you need an outlet please specify that on your application. Refunds are only offered up until 14 days before the event. After that, there are no refunds and there are no exceptions. Set up begins at 8am. The arrival times are staggered. You will receive an email with your arrival time. Arriving early will not change your scheduled arrival time. Take down starts when the coordinator gives the word at 4pm. Taking down early is grounds for suspension from further Let's Roc Market events. You may park up front to unload but after you are unloaded, you must move your car to a space toward the back. Food and drink vendors: You are obligated and required to follow all NYS and other applicable laws surrounding proper food labeling, handling and vending. Let's Roc Market is not responsible for consequences of derivation from these laws. This includes but is not limited to labeling for allergens and correctly identifying the age of consumers of alcoholic beverages.
