This new event will feature 15+ local wines and a variety of delicious chocolate creations, offering participants a fun way to discover downtown.
We’re inviting downtown businesses to join in and showcase what makes your business unique. By participating, you’ll have the opportunity to welcome new foot traffic, introduce your products or services to a wide audience, and connect with both locals and visitors in a lively, community-focused atmosphere. Each stop on the stroll offers guests something special, and your business can be one of the highlights.

Business Details for Wine Tasting:
Livermore Downtown Inc. will be securing an ABC license for the participating businesses for the event. Businesses will need to have their property owners complete the "ABC Business Participation Form" and return it to LDI no later than Monday, January 5th in addition to participation application.
LDI to Provide:
- ABC License to be displayed at the pouring station.
- Wine Pour sheet to be displayed at the pouring location.
- No alcohol beyond this point sign.
- Two Cases of wine from local winery/distributor (business to pay for approx. $120-$144/case).
Business to Provide:
- Ice – at least 2-3 bags.
- Cost of TWO cases of wine. Plus $30 participation fee for Non-2026 Livermore Downtown Inc. Partners.
- A table or counter to pour from.
- Your own dump bucket to pour any unwanted wine in (we recommend two – one by the pouring table and one at the exit). We recommend the 5-gallon paint buckets from the hardware store. Hang on to these, we will be adding strolls in 2026!
- Your own Tub or ice chests to put wine and ice to serve.
Staff/volunteer to pour wine during the event. Be sure they understand the rules. Our event ABC and your participation depends on you and any volunteers and staff following the rules. - Chocolate sample for approx. 400-500 people. Must be pre-packaged if not restaurant.
LDI will send rules and details in separate email confirmation.
Restaurants Only:
If you plan to serve wine tasting and currently have ABC – complete “Restaurant Surrender” for. You will need to complete section one and four and include a simple drawn map of where in your location you will serve event tasting separate from area of your current ABC.
You can serve a chocolate sample only and forgo the ABC license completely – listed as chocolate stop only.
What do you need to do to participate?
Complete the participation agreement on Eventeny by Monday, January 5th and email your ABC license signed by your property owner to admin@livermoredowntown.com.

This inaugural event will feature 15+ local wineries paired with an assortment of chocolate tastings, creating a unique tasting experience for attendees as they explore downtown.
We’re inviting local wineries to participate and showcase your wines to an engaged audience of locals and visitors. This is a great opportunity to increase brand visibility, pour for new customers, and connect directly with wine lovers in a fun, community-centered setting. Each tasting stop will offer guests something memorable, and your winery can be one of the featured highlights of the stroll.

Winery Details for Wine Tasting:

- Sell tickets $40/each - participants to recieve tasting glass, wristband and tasting pass.
- Wine Pour sheet to be displayed at the pouring location.

- Paring with participating Livermore Downtown business.
Winery to Provide:
- one - two cases of wine (same varietal) to be compensated for by business at $10/bottle of white and $12/bottle of red or sparkling. Case amount dependent on ticket sales and will be notified in advance if 1 or 2 cases needed.
- Optional: pourer for event Feb. 7th from 1-4pm - If choose not to have pourer, business will provide staff or volunteer.
