Food & Beverage Booth Fee Includes: 10x20 Booth Space, 10x10 grilling space, City of Chicago Food permit, Sanitation Sink and Electricity.
The booth fee does NOT include a tent, tent weights, tables or chairs or any other equipment.
Food Truck Booth Fee Includes: 10x20 Booth space, City of Chicago Food permit, Sanitation Sink and Electricity.
VERY IMPORTANT: If you are using propane tanks for any of your cooking equipment, you cannot have more than (2) 100lb tanks within your booth space at any given time, properly secured, and must make sure your fittings are properly tightened and not leaking.
All food vendor equipment must be contained within your designated booth space. We will not permit any overflow equipment on the street or curb around your booth. If you have equipment outside of your booth space, you will be asked to move it inside. If you anticipate needing additional space, please plan accordingly and purchase more booth space.

All art must be handcrafted, no exceptions!" Handcrafted," means it was made entirely by hand or with the use of simple tools (e.g., knife, needle, paintbrush.) Hence, there was no machine involvement in the creation of the goods otherwise you are considered a "Merchant".
