Build-A-Basket Wellness Experience with Candlecraft

1. Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Group bookings (birthdays, private events, parties) may require a deposit and minimum guest count. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling All sales are non-refundable. One-time rescheduling may be allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. 3. Age Requirements Classes are generally suitable for ages 8 and up. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult. CandleCraft reserves the right to adjust age limits for specific events. 4. Safety & Participation Participants will be working with hot wax, fragrances, and crafting materials. Safety instructions must be followed at all times. CandleCraft is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or misuse of materials. 5. Allergies & Sensitivities Fragrance oils, dyes, and bath products are used during classes. Participants are responsible for informing CandleCraft of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the class. CandleCraft is not liable for allergic reactions. 6. Wellness Experience Disclaimer CandleCraft classes are designed for creative enjoyment and general wellness. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. 7. Finished Products Due to curing times, some items may require additional time before use. CandleCraft is not responsible for damage caused by improper candle burning or product misuse after the class. 8. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss instructions and may not be able to complete all projects. No refunds or discounts are provided for late arrivals. 9. Photography & Media CandleCraft may take photos or videos during classes for marketing purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your image to be used unless you notify us in writing before the class. 10. Property & Behavior Participants are expected to treat the space, staff, and other guests with respect. CandleCraft reserves the right to remove anyone displaying disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund. 11. Class Changes CandleCraft reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by CandleCraft, participants will receive a reschedule option or credit. 12. Acceptance of Terms By booking a class or attending an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
