Women-Owned Business Requirement (Required):
This is an all women-owned market designed to uplift, celebrate, and support women entrepreneurs within our community.

By applying, vendors confirm that their business is 100% women-owned and operated.

Only women-owned businesses will be permitted to participate in this event. STX Markets defines a women-owned business as one that is majority-owned, operated, and controlled by one or more women.

To preserve the integrity and mission of this event, STX Markets reserves the right to request verification and to limit or decline applications that do not align with this requirement.

By submitting an application, vendors acknowledge and agree that:

Their business meets the women-owned eligibility requirement
This event is intentionally curated to center women-led brands
Acceptance is contingent upon alignment with the event’s mission and vendor balance

They will have clearly on-theme items available for sale at this event
Their booth presentation and visuals will reflect the Sanrio Valentine’s aesthetic
They will market and promote their participation as a themed booth leading up to the event
STX Markets reserves the right to limit or decline vendors who do not align with the theme in order to preserve the overall look, feel, and experience of the market.

β€’ Categories are determined by the primary items sold
β€’ Vendors must bring their own full setup (table, chairs, displays, etc.)
β€’ Events are rain or shine and may only be canceled or rescheduled in cases of severe weather
β€’ All vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable β€” please plan ahead before booking

A $3 application fee is required per event.
β€’ If accepted and full payment is made, the $3 will be refunded or applied to your vendor fee
β€’ If not accepted, or if payment is not completed by the deadline, the fee is non-refundable

This application is STRICTLY for food vendors who prepare and sell food on site.

If you do NOT sell food or if you sell pre-packaged items only (such as baked goods made under Texas Cottage Law, candies, snacks, or non-food items), please apply under the Maker Vendor Application instead.

This Food Vendor Application is reserved for vendors who:

Prepare food or beverages on site
Cook, assemble, or serve food during the event

Permit Requirement:
All accepted food vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Food Permit from the city where the event is taking place.
This permit is the vendor’s responsibility to secure prior to the event.

STX Markets does not obtain permits on behalf of vendors.

Vendors will be selected based on menu variety, space availability, and event needs.
