1. General Health & Wellness If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please stay home. 2. U-Pick Safety Rules Use only the scissors provided. Always cut lavender stems at the base of the plant to ensure healthy regrowth. Do not pull or break plants. Be mindful of bees and other pollinators. Avoid disturbing them, and move away calmly if they are nearby. Supervise children at all times to ensure safe handling of tools and respect for the lavender fields. 3. Farm & Environmental Safety The farm has uneven terrain, rocks, and natural obstacles. Please watch your step and use caution when walking through fields. Sun protection is recommended—bring sunscreen, hats, and stay hydrated. Drink plenty of water, especially on hot days. In case of extreme weather, festival activities may be adjusted or paused for safety. Follow staff instructions in the event of an emergency. 4. Allergies & Sensitivities Lavender attracts bees and other pollinators. If you have a bee allergy, bring necessary medications (e.g., EpiPen) and inform festival staff. Some individuals may be sensitive to strong floral scents. Consider taking necessary precautions if you have respiratory conditions. 5. Food & Beverage Safety Only consume food and beverages from approved festival vendors. If you have food allergies, please check with vendors regarding ingredients before purchasing.
