Lansing Pride is Mid-Michigan’s largest LGBTQ+ festival, celebrating visibility, inclusion, and community. The annual event brings together thousands of attendees for a full day of live entertainment, family-friendly activities, local vendors, food and beverage options, and a vibrant showcase of community partners. Our mission is to keep the festival free and accessible for all while uplifting diverse voices and creating a space where everyone belongs.

The safety and well-being of our community is our top priority. Please help us keep Lansing Pride safe, welcoming, and fun for everyone by following these guidelines: — Stay Hydrated: Water stations will be available throughout the festival. Bring a reusable bottle and drink plenty of fluids. — Protect Yourself from the Sun: Sunscreen, hats, and sunglasses are strongly encouraged. Shaded rest areas will be provided. — First Aid & Emergency Support: A staffed first aid tent will be on site. If you need assistance, notify a volunteer or security team member. — Illness Awareness: If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home to protect yourself and others. — Respect Boundaries & Consent: Ask before hugs, photos, or physical contact. Let’s keep Pride safe and respectful. — Safety & Security: Festival security and volunteers are here to help. Report any concerns immediately. — Family-Friendly Zones: Please help us keep designated family areas safe and appropriate for all ages.

This vendor application is for small businesses only (10 employees or less). Our vendor marketplace is intentionally curated to uplift artists, creatives, and other small businesses.  

 

Financial Aid:  Lansing Pride seeks to promote entreprenuership by LGBTQ+ artisans.  If the vendor fee is an obstacle to your participation in Lansing Pride 2026, limited financial aid, in the form of a fee discount, is available.  To qualify, you must be the creator of the products you intend to sell and be a member of the LGBTQ+ community.  Please note your interest in financial aid in the "Special Requests" section of this application.  Financial aid is subject to budgetary limits and not guaranteed.

If your stand fits into 10 feet of curb space, please apply as a "Business Vendor."  

 

Lansing Pride makes a concerted effort to include a wide diversity of cuisine choices from many cultures, but also burgers and hot dogs!  For this reason, we will select food vendors that provide the widest variety at the festival.

A Food License and Certificate of Insurance are required.

This section is dedicated to nonprofit organizations that serve, support, and uplift our community. Nonprofit booths are for organizations to share their mission, promote programs and services, connect with attendees, and build awareness around the important work they do.

 

This area is intended for outreach and engagement rather than commercial sales, offering nonprofits an opportunity to educate, recruit volunteers, share resources, and strengthen connections within the Pride community.

We urge larger businesses to consider increasing their support of Lansing Pride by becoming a sponsor.  Sponsors receive a booth space along with other promotional considerations.  To become a sponsor, please apply here:

Certain areas, activities, or events may require registration, wristbands, or tickets. — All attendees must follow instructions from festival staff, volunteers, and security personnel at all times. — Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas. Attendees must show valid ID to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. — Illegal substances, weapons, and dangerous items are strictly prohibited. — Respect the rights, safety, and personal boundaries of others. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. — Pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. — Photography and video recording may occur during the event. By entering, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional materials. — Attendees assume all risks associated with participation in the festival and release Lansing Pride, its organizers, and partners from liability for any injury, loss, or damage. — The festival reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not comply with these terms.
