Vendor Types

 

Fan Vendor: Sells handmade items, items from your own brand, etc. 

 

Album/Merch Vendors: Sells official Kpop merchandise such as albums, season's greetings, lightsticks, concert DVDs, etc. 

 

Acceptances are on a rolling basis. Only accepted vendors will be contacted. Preference is given to vendors that are available both days

Thank you so much for your interest in participating in K-pop Minicon as a fan club/organization table! We are always looking to promote local groups so the community can grow. Please review the information below:  

 

Fan Clubs: Group Specific or Location Specific Fan Clubs (ex: shawols4ever, Kpoppers of Wyoming) 

Organizations: Non-Profits, Cultural Organizations, Student Organizations

Conventions/Events: Kpop Event Organizer; Anime, Comic, or Cultural Convention

Join our team as a volunteer for K-pop Minicon and be part of an exciting, high-energy event! Volunteers will assist with various tasks such as event setup, registration, crowd guidance, panels, and more to help ensure everything runs smoothly. *FILLING OUT THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE ACCEPTED AS A VOLUNTEER. *As a thank-you for your support, all volunteers will receive free entry to K-pop Minicon. This is a great opportunity to gain event experience, meet fellow K-pop fans, and enjoy the convention! *By signing up as a volunteer, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Thank you for your interest in bringing fun programming to K-pop Minicon! You may submit up to 4 panel applications, but submission does NOT guarantee acceptance. You will be emailed if approved. Good luck!
