Food Vendor Information
We’re looking for delicious, crowd-pleasing food vendors to join us at the Klickitat County Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 18, 2025, in downtown Goldendale, WA!
Food vendors will serve a key role in creating a festive, family-friendly atmosphere by offering tasty eats, drinks, and seasonal treats.
Each food vendor space includes:
A 20x10 booth space
Placement near high-traffic festival zones
- MUST LIST ITEMS you will be selling; you will not be able to sell outside of the items that are listed.
Vendors must:
Be fully licensed and follow all health department and fire safety regulations
Provide their own tent, equipment, signage, and food service setup
Be prepared for all weather — this is a rain-or-shine event
Supply proof of insurance and required food permits / food handlers cards.
We encourage a variety of food options — from warm meals and street food to sweet treats and beverages. Local food trucks, mobile kitchens, and pop-up booths are welcome to apply!

Are a vibrant mix of local makers, small businesses, and community organizations! Pop-up vendors feature handmade goods, seasonal décor, art, clothing, baked treats, gifts, and more.
You'll also find nonprofit booths offering activities, resources, and opportunities to get involved in the causes that help strengthen our community.

Celebrate Halloween with us at the annual Trunk-or-Treat during the Klickitat County Harvest Festival — a safe, fun, and family-friendly evening for all ages!
Decorate your trunk and get creative! Hand out candy, toys, pencils, stickers, or other fun treats!

Join us for the Klickitat County Harvest Festival Parade—a celebration of small-town spirit, fall fun, and community pride!

Whether you're walking, driving, riding, or waving from the sidewalk, the parade is a highlight of the Harvest Festival and a perfect kickoff to our Trunk-or-Treat celebration!

We’re inviting local 4-H groups and animal handlers to participate in our hands-on Petting Zoo experience—an all-day opportunity to educate the community, connect with kids, and celebrate our agricultural roots!
? Goats, bunnies, sheep, poultry, and other friendly animals welcome!
? All animals must be healthy, clean, and attended by a handler at all times.
? Great opportunity for youth outreach and animal education!

We’re looking for performers, entertainers, and artists to take the stage at this year’s Klickitat County Harvest Festival! Whether you're a musician, dance group, magician, storyteller, or something totally unique—we’d love to showcase your talents in front of a fun, family-friendly crowd.

Location: Main Stage area on the Courthouse Lawn
Stage, electricity, and sound support may be available depending on act requirements.
? Performer Guidelines:
All performances must be family-friendly and suitable for all ages.
Performers are encouraged to bring signage, merch, or tip jars if desired.
Set-up and take-down times must be coordinated with the festival schedule.
This is a community-focused event—volunteer or promotional acts are welcome, and limited stipends may be available for select performers.

GENERAL OVERVIEW
Each team will race a homemade “coffin” down a designated course.
Teams consist of 5 members: 1 rider (“the ghost”) and 4 pushers/pullers.
This is a family-friendly event. Creativity and costumes are encouraged!
Before the races begin, teams will participate in a mini parade down S. Klickitat AVE. This spooky showcase lets spectators see the decorated coffins and costumed racers up close. It’s all about fun, flair, and festival spirit!
