Kirkwood Wine Stroll - 2025

We are looking forward to an exciting 19th Annual Kirkwood Wine Stroll (KWS) on Friday, September 19th from 7:00-10:00pm!

The KWS is a fundraising event for KBOA. Our goals are not only to raise funds for the organization but help our Kirkwood businesses to thrive. KBOA will provide a white wine and a red wine selection for each station. The amount of wine provided will depend upon total number of attendees anticipated for the event. 

 

The $150 Pouring Wine Pouring fee is a marketing and administration fee. It is in no way intended to pay for the wine you serve. The wine provided to you is the property of KBOA and all unused wine will be picked up between 10:00pm-11:00 pm. Unused wine will be used throughout the year for KBOA Mixers and fun events for KBOA members.

 

We encourage you to make your station your own! Decorate, do raffles or giveaways, the space is yours to make your own. No tables, tents or chairs will be supplied by KBOA. Each station should be staffed by at least 2-3 people from your business from 6:00pm-11:00pm. You should bring a light to illuminate your booth or area when it becomes dark. Lights that work well:

This is our Gold level sponsor opportunity. Your logo will be on every piece of marketing and promotion for the 2025 Annual Kirkwood Wine Stroll. You will receive a social media discount code worth $5 off the price of admission to advertise to your clients in addition to 6 complimentary Wine Stroll passes. You can use the code for as many people as you want until it expires the week of the event. You will also receive a full-page advertisement in the DIGITAL Kirkwood Wine Stroll Passport available the week of the event.

The Silver level focuses on interacting with event attendees. Set up your booth and have some fun engaging over 2000 attendees. Your company name and logo in official press releases, electronic promotions and event t-shirts. You will receive a social media discount code worth $5 off the price of admission to advertise to your clients in addition to 4 complimentary Wine Stroll passes. You will also receive a half page advertisement in the DIGITAL Kirkwood Wine Stroll Passport available the week of the event. Please note: no pouring station is included at this level.

The Bronze level boosts your company brand. Your company name and logo will be displayed on the sponsors page, KBOA and festival website with link backs. Facebook advertising and cross promotion plus a one-time social media shout out on IG & FB both KBOA & KWS profiles.
