The Brewster Kill Tide Arts & Craft Festival is a juried outdoor event celebrating handmade artistry in one of Cape Cod’s most beloved summer destinations. Produced by Castleberry Fairs, the festival features a carefully curated mix of American-made arts, crafts, and specialty foods, all set against a relaxed coastal backdrop.

Exhibitor Notes
No RV or overnight parking is permitted at this venue
Setup: Friday 3:00–8:00pm and Saturday 6:00–9:00am
Show Hours: Saturday 10am to 5pm / Sunday 10am to 4pm
No Food Truck: Bring lunch
Outdoor Setup & Safety: This is a fully outdoor, high-wind location on grass. All canopies must be properly secured, staked into the ground, and with a minimum of 40 lbs per leg (heavier weights strongly recommended).
Application Deposit:
A $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged upon approval. The remaining booth balance will be charged separately according to the payment schedule below.
Payment Timing:
Remaining balances will be charged on or after July 15, 2026. Applications submitted on or after this date will be charged the full booth amount upon approval.
Insurance:
A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required for exhibitors offering consumable goods, including food, candles, personal care, aromatherapy, and similar products.
Specialty Food Requirements
- An additional Town of Brewster food permit fee is required
- Specialty food exhibitors must create an account, submit documentation, and submit payment through the Town of Brewster Health Department online permitting system
