Get ready for a day of spooky, family-friendly fun at the 2025 Kidz Town Halloween Hay Day, returning to Historic Downtown Livermore on Saturday, October 25th, from 10 AM to 1 PM! A favorite FREE tradition for local families with children in 5th grade and under, this event features a festive lineup including a costume contest, live music, trick-or-treating at participating downtown businesses, and fun games and activities just for kids. The Halloween excitement continues at Stockmen’s Park, where even more trick-or-treating opportunities await, hosted by local businesses. Businesses interested in participating at Stockmen’s Park should note that booth space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of application submission, but please be aware that submitting an application and payment does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified if and when your application is accepted. Applications will be accepted through October 15th, or until all spaces are filled. Your 10X10 Booth must be decorated in the Halloween theme and we ask that your team be in costume and have an activity for the kids to do when they visit your booth such as a game. Parking instructions

Parking is Free. Street parking time limits will be enforced, please look out for parking sign details. No limit parking at lot behind First Street (Railroad and South L), parking garage at 2350 Railroad Ave. and outer streets (no parking limits).

Health & safety

All kiddos in fifth grade and under are invited to join the fun! We just ask that a grown-up sticks around to keep an eye out during the adventure.

Kidz Town Halloween Hay Day is held on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 from 10:00am to 1:00pm in historic Downtown Livermore. Featuring downtown business trick-or-treat, children’s activities, costume contest, Stockmen’s Park Booths and more for children 5th grade and younger. It is a wonderful opportunity for your business to gain visibility among more than 8,000 attendees from the Tri-Valley and surrounding areas.

Our Merchants and Stockmen’s Park will host this year’s Trick or Treat. We want to celebrate local businesses and organizations by having you join us at Stockmen’s Park!

Your 10X10 Booth must be decorated in the Halloween theme and we ask that your team be in costume

and have an activity for the kids to do when they visit your booth such as a game. Think carnival atmosphere! Don’t forget the candy!

Booth Fee is $100.Your card on file will be charged upon acceptance. Space is limited and first come - application will close once spaces are full or on October 15th - whichever is first.

NOTE: Participants will be responsible for passing out candy from 10:00am – 1:00pm to approximately 1,500 kids. As a participant you will be responsible for handing out candy/treats to kids 5th grade and under. Please let us know if you will be providing allergy safe (No nuts) items so we can mark the booth list as Allergy Safe. We also encourage activities at booth, as this will give you more time to engage with the parents for outreach.
