Keep the beef on the grill cheese steak festival

It will be held at RIVET in Pottstown. Pa. Cheesesteak see how your best bite compares to other cheesesteak producers in the Pottstown area. There will be 3 rounds of judging. First will be the people choice, The festival goers will walk around and sample participants cheesesteaks. They will drop a vote in the box at the Vendors location. The winner of the peoples choice round will go right to the finals. The 2nd round, each steak maker will be required to turn in a steak to the panel of " celebrity judges " they will in turn pic the Best 9. The final round of judging will decide the best bite in Pottstown. Based on the judges on hand. Keep in mind the judging aspect MAY change prior to the event.
