54th Annual Juneteenth Oregon Festival – Vendor Information We’re excited to invite you to be part of the 54th Annual Juneteenth Oregon Festival! This long-standing community celebration honors the legacy of the African American experience and brings people together through culture, education, entertainment, and connection. Hosted by Juneteenth Oregon, the festival returns to Lillis-Albina Park at N. Russell St. and N. Flint Ave. in Portland, Oregon, on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The day also includes the Clara Peoples Freedom Trail Parade, traveling down Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd and leading into the festival. Vendor Participation Vendors must submit an online application no later than May 15, 2026, while space is available. Payment is due immediately upon approval, but must be paid within 10 calendar days. Your space is secured ONLY after full payment is received. Vendor spaces are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis once paid. Booth & Equipment Guidelines: No electricity is provided. Generators will not be allowed for retail, nonprofit, or corporate vendors located on the main field. If you plan to bring one, please contact us in advance so we can assign an appropriate space. Tent weights are required. Stakes are NOT allowed in park. Please bring all necessary equipment. We will not have extra tents or weights available onsite. Setup, Load-In & Parking Setup begins: 8:00 AM All booths must be set up by: 11:00 AM Please check in at the Juneteenth Tent upon arrival. Designated loading zones: In front of Tubman Middle School NE Russell Street To keep traffic moving, vendors are encouraged to bring a cart or extra help. Unload quickly, move your vehicle, then return to finish setup. 🚫 No unloading in the Food Court Area or Dental Parking Lot. Vehicles left unattended in restricted or loading zones may be towed. Vendor parking: Legacy Emanuel Parking Garage (see maps) or nearby on-street parking Security & Compliance On-site security will be present throughout the event. Please note that Juneteenth Oregon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.. Thank you for being part of this meaningful celebration. Parking instructions
Legacy Emanuel Hospital is allowing us to use the parking garage and parking lot on the south side of the hospital. These areas are highlighted on the parking maps. Parade Participant Shuttle Information Parade participants are encouraged to park at the festival site and use the shuttle to King School. Shuttle service runs from near the festival site to King School Start time: 9:00 AM Frequency: Every 20 minutes Last shuttle departs festival site: 1:30 PM Please plan to arrive at King School no later than 10:30 AM, as the parade will begin promptly at 11:00 AM.

Terms & Conditions By selecting a booth, you acknowledge and electronically approve this agreement. Vendors must operate only within their assigned booth space and may not expand beyond the designated area without prior approval. Booth spaces are approximately 10' x 10'. Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and display materials unless otherwise arranged. All tents and equipment must be properly secured to ensure safety. Vendors must comply with all applicable city, county, and state regulations, including any required permits, licenses, and health department requirements for food or beverage sales. No electricity will be provided. Generators are not permitted without prior written approval from event organizers. We reserve the right to ask a vendor to leave without refund for reasons including, but not limited to: • Not following setup, safety, or load-in instructions • Selling items or offering services/goods not listed in your approved application • Using prohibited equipment • Unsafe or disruptive behavior • Failure to be set up by the required time Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth area throughout the event and must remove all trash and materials from their space at the end of the festival. Vendors must remain open and staffed during the full event hours unless otherwise approved by event staff. Early breakdown or departure is not permitted. The event organizers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. Vendors participate at their own risk and are responsible for securing their belongings. Event organizers reserve the right to adjust vendor placement, event layout, or event timing if necessary due to operational, safety, or logistical needs. Weather / Event Changes The festival will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions. Event organizers reserve the right to delay, modify, or cancel the event due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Product Exclusivity Juneteenth Oregon does not guarantee product exclusivity. Multiple vendors may sell similar or identical products unless otherwise stated in writing by the event organizers. Branding & Merchandise Restrictions Vendors may not sell merchandise using the Juneteenth Oregon name, logo, or branded materials unless authorized in writing by event organizers. Vendor Insurance Vendors are responsible for maintaining any insurance required for their business operations. Event organizers may request proof of insurance if required by event permits or local regulations. Food Safety & Health Permits Food vendors must comply with all local health department requirements, including obtaining any necessary temporary restaurant permits and following all food safety regulations. Tent Safety Requirements All vendor tents must be properly secured with appropriate weights or anchoring to prevent movement due to wind or weather conditions. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their booth setup meets safety requirements set by the event organizers or local authorities.
