About the event
Join the Cherokee County NAACP and Woodstock Arts for a Juneteenth celebration honoring freedom, culture, resilience, and community. This family-friendly festival will feature live music, local vendors, food, arts, and community celebration on the Woodstock Arts Event Green. We are currently seeking vendors, artists, makers, community organizations, and food trucks to help create a vibrant marketplace experience for guests throughout the day. Vendor spaces are available for $100 for a 10x10 vendor space and $200 for food trucks. This event is an opportunity to support local businesses, connect with the community, and take part in a meaningful celebration of freedom, culture, and resilience. Together, we will honor the past, celebrate the present, and continue building a stronger community for the future. Event Date: Saturday, June 20, 2026 Event Time: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM Location: Woodstock Arts Event Green Website: cherokeecountyganaacp [dot] org For sponsorship opportunities, please contact: cherokeecountynaacp [at] gmail [dot] com

Parking instructions
Free parking will be available adjacent to the property, and vendors are strongly encouraged to use these free parking areas for the duration of the event. While paid parking may be available nearby, some paid parking areas have a maximum time limit of four hours. Because this event runs from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, vendors are encouraged to avoid time-limited paid parking so they do not have to leave their booth or risk exceeding posted parking limits. To help ensure a positive guest experience, we also ask vendors to leave the most convenient paid and short-term parking spaces available for festival attendees whenever possible. Additional arrival, loading, and unloading instructions may be provided to accepted vendors prior to the event.

Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe booth area and must remove all trash, materials, and equipment at the conclusion of the event unless otherwise instructed by event organizers.
