Fire up the pit and show the town who's boss of the barbecue. With chicken, pork chop, and steak categories on the table, competitors will vie for cash prizes and custom trophies.
BBQ Cook-Off Entry Fee: $20 per category or $50 for all three (see other application)
Check-In: 3:00 PM | Cooking Begins: 3:30 PM
Turn-In Times: Steak – 5:00 PM | Pork Chop – 5:30 PM | Chicken – 6:00 PM
Judging: Blind format, scored on taste, tenderness, and appearance
