Business License Requirement:
All vendors must have a valid Business License to be considered and approved for this event. Please ensure your license is active and available upon request.
Set-Up Schedule:
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday, February 13: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Vendor Passes:
Each vendor booth will receive two (2) vendor pass for entry.
Any additional workers will be required to purchase a pass to attend or work the event.
Vendor Schedule
Thursday:
• 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Doors open to the public at 5:00 PM
Friday:
• Ranch Rodeo meeting at 9:30 AM
• Tentative vendor hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday:
• Doors open at 8:00 AM for buyers to view cattle
• Buyers’ lunch at 11:00 AM
• Sale begins at 12:00 PM
• Vendors may begin teardown anytime that afternoon
• Please note: No vehicles will be allowed inside the venue until after the sale concludes
Teardown:
Saturday: Immediately following the conclusion of the event
Equipment Notice:
No tables or chairs will be supplied.
Please plan accordingly and bring all necessary equipment for your booth.
