Joe Nichols Concert

Sophia Behimer is a young local girl who is bravely fighting a rare form of osteosarcoma, a type of bone cancer. After weeks of severe pain and medical testing, Sophia was diagnosed on November 15th. She will soon begin chemotherapy as she continues this difficult fight. This fundraiser has been created to help support Sophia and her family as they navigate medical treatments, travel, and the many unexpected expenses that come with a cancer diagnosis. All funds raised through this donation will go directly to Sophia and her family to help ease the financial burden during this challenging time. While monetary donations are deeply appreciated, we also ask that you please keep Sophia and her family in your prayers — praying for healing, comfort, wisdom for her medical team, and peace for those who love her with their whole hearts. Business License Requirement:
All vendors must have a valid Business License to be considered and approved for this event. Please ensure your license is active and available upon request.

 

Set-Up Schedule:

Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Thursday, February 13: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

 

Vendor Passes:

Each vendor booth will receive two (2) vendor pass for entry.
Any additional workers will be required to purchase a pass to attend or work the event.

 

Vendor Schedule

Thursday:
• 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Doors open to the public at 5:00 PM

Friday:
• Ranch Rodeo meeting at 9:30 AM
• Tentative vendor hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday:
• Doors open at 8:00 AM for buyers to view cattle
• Buyers’ lunch at 11:00 AM
• Sale begins at 12:00 PM
• Vendors may begin teardown anytime that afternoon
• Please note: No vehicles will be allowed inside the venue until after the sale concludes

 

Teardown:

Saturday: Immediately following the conclusion of the event

Equipment Notice:

No tables or chairs will be supplied.
Please plan accordingly and bring all necessary equipment for your booth.
