Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at Downtown Smithfield’s Jingle Bell Jubilee, taking place Sunday, December 14th, 2025, from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. This festive event celebrates the holiday season with caroling at the town tree, family-friendly activities, carriage rides, and a marketplace featuring local makers, artisans, and businesses.
Vendor Details:
Booth Setup: Begins at 1:00 PM; all booths must be fully set up and ready by 2:45 PM.
Event Hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. Vendors may not tear down early and must remain open until the event closes.
Booth Spaces: 10’x10’ with a $25 fee. Vendors needing more space should reserve additional booths.
Electricity: Available at no extra cost; please indicate if needed on your application.
Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for their area, including trash and leftover items.
Payment will be collected upon approval of your application. Booth assignments and setup instructions will be sent via email one week before the event.
