This is an electronic agreement. By selecting the booths, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

PLEASE NOTE: All participants must supply their own 10x10 pop-up canopy, table, chairs, and lighting. No electricity will be provided, and it will be dark the entire time of the event. We love holiday twinkle lights, but you should also plan on bringing lighting that makes it possible for visitors to see your materials.

Please provide a brief, engaging description of your performance that we can use in our event program and promotional materials. We recommend keeping it to 1-3 concise sentences.

Community Groups and individuals are invited to perform on our Community Stage. This is an unpaid performance opportunity.

Applications for performers will be evaluated on the following criteria: 

1. Quality of performance demonstrated on provided video files/links;

2. Duplication;

3. Returning performer in good standing with the City;

4. San Leandro based;

5. Date that the completed entry is received.
