Vendor Terms & Conditions International Night Market & Moon Festival Date: October 4-5, 2025 Location: The district, 1065 Olde Towne Morrow RD, Morrow, GA 30260 By applying to be a vendor at this event, you agree to the following terms: 1. Eligibility & Requirements All vendors must comply with local regulations and provide required permits/licenses (e.g., food handling, sales tax). Food vendors must follow all health department guidelines. Vendors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 2. Application & Fees Applications are due by 9/30/21. Booth fees must be paid in full to confirm your spot. Booths are assigned by organizers and cannot be changed without approval. 3. Setup & Breakdown Setup begins at Friday 2PM-5PM, Saturday at 7AM. All vendors must be fully set up 1 hour before event start. Vendors must stay open for the full event duration. Early teardown is not permitted without prior approval. All trash must be removed by the vendor at the end of the event. 4. Booth & Equipment Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, chairs, and signage. Electricity is available by request only and may incur a fee. Only quiet/inverter generators are allowed (if approved). No open flames or hazardous materials without written approval. 5. Sales & Taxes Vendors are responsible for collecting their own payments and reporting sales taxes. The event does not provide change, POS systems, or Wi-Fi. 6. Weather Policy – Rain or Shine This event is rain or shine. Vendors are expected to come prepared for a variety of weather conditions, including rain, wind, or heat. No refunds will be issued due to weather unless the event is officially canceled by organizers for safety reasons (e.g., extreme weather or emergencies). Vendors are responsible for securing their tents and materials appropriately. 7. Liability Vendors assume all risk and responsibility for their booth and products. Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, and sponsors for any loss, injury, or damage. Insurance is recommended but not required. 8. Conduct Vendors must maintain a professional, respectful presence. No amplified sound without prior approval. Organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor violating these terms without refund. By submitting your application, you confirm that you have read and agree to abide by these terms.
