International Fireworks Championship - Las Vegas

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, possession, and use of tickets, passes, credentials, and access to the International Fireworks Championship (“Event”). By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event premises, you (“Attendee”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. 1. Ticketing, Entry, and Credentials 1.1 No Refunds or Exchanges. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, returns, credits, chargebacks, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, weather, travel issues, or dissatisfaction with the Event. 1.2 Revocable License. A ticket constitutes a revocable license to attend the Event. Blast Events, LLC (“Organizer”) may revoke this license and refuse admission or remove any Attendee from the premises without refund for violation of these Terms, unsafe conduct, or at Organizer’s discretion. 1.3 Identity & Security Screening. Entry may require valid identification and is subject to security screening, including metal detectors, bag checks, and other measures. Attendees who refuse screening may be denied entry without refund. 1.4 Resale & Transfer. Unauthorized resale, duplication, or transfer of tickets is prohibited. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, or commercial purposes without Organizer’s prior written consent. 2. Safety & Conduct 2.1 Compliance with Instructions. Attendees must follow all instructions from security personnel, venue staff, law enforcement, and Organizer. 2.2 Prohibited Items. Firearms, weapons, fireworks, explosives, illegal substances, outside alcohol, glass containers, drones, hazardous materials, and any other items designated by Organizer or venue security are prohibited. 2.3 Behavioral Expectations. Disorderly, disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. 2.4 No Smoking in Restricted Areas. Smoking and vaping are prohibited except in designated areas. 2.5 Search & Seizure. Organizer reserves the right to search any person or belongings. Confiscated items will not be returned. 3. Event Changes, Weather, and Force Majeure 3.1 Event Modifications. Organizer may modify programming, lineup, schedule, or activities at any time without obligation to issue refunds or credits. 3.2 Weather. The Event will proceed rain or shine, except where safety is compromised. Delays, partial cancellations, or modifications due to weather do not entitle Attendees to refunds. 3.3 Force Majeure. Organizer is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, fire, flood, acts of God, labor disputes, supply shortages, government orders, pandemics, venue issues, or acts of terrorism. 4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver 4.1 Voluntary Participation. Attendee acknowledges that fireworks events involve inherent risks, including loud noises, bright lights, smoke, debris, pyrotechnic effects, and crowd-related hazards. 4.2 Assumption of Risk. By entering the venue, Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks—known and unknown—associated with attending the Event. 4.3 Release of Liability. Attendee releases, waives, and discharges Organizer, Blast Events, LLC, the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, sponsors, vendors, contractors, performers, insurers, affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims for personal injury, illness, property damage, or death arising out of participation in or attendance at the Event, except to the extent caused solely by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties. 4.4 Indemnification. Attendee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) resulting from Attendee’s conduct, violation of these Terms, or misuse of tickets. 5. Audio, Video & Image Release 5.1 Photography and Filming. The Event may be recorded, televised, live-streamed, or otherwise captured. 5.2 Grant of Rights. By attending, Attendee grants Organizer and its partners the unrestricted right to use Attendee’s image, voice, likeness, and appearance for promotional, commercial, and broadcast purposes in perpetuity without compensation. 5.3 No Commercial Recording. Attendees may not film, livestream, or record Event content for commercial use without prior written authorization. 6. Medical Care 6.1 Consent to Treatment. Attendee consents to routine medical care and transportation in the event of injury or illness. Attendee is responsible for all related medical costs. 6.2 Accessibility. Organizer will provide reasonable accommodations in accordance with applicable law. Requests should be submitted in advance when possible. 7. Personal Property 7.1 No Liability for Personal Items. Organizer and the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. 7.2 Parking at Own Risk. Vehicles parked on or near venue property are at the owner’s sole risk. 8. Minors 8.1 Adult Supervision. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Adults are responsible for supervising minors at all times. 8.2 Age Restrictions. Certain areas (e.g., lounges, bars, VIP sections) may be restricted to guests age 21+. 9. Compliance With Laws Attendees must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including Clark County and State of Nevada regulations, as well as all Las Vegas Motor Speedway policies. 10. Alcohol & Controlled Substances 10.1 Alcohol Service. Must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase or consume alcohol. Bartenders may refuse service for any reason. 10.2 Prohibition on Drugs. Illegal drugs and controlled substances are strictly prohibited. 11. Intellectual Property Logos, branding, event names, artwork, programming, and content are the exclusive property of Organizer and may not be used without written permission. 12. Refund & Cancellation Policy 12.1 Strict No-Refund Policy. As stated above, all ticket sales are final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason. 12.2 Ticket Cancellation. Organizer may cancel tickets suspected of fraud, resale, or violation of these Terms. 13. Governing Law & Venue These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from attendance at the Event shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. 14. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 15. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket, entering the Event, or attending any related activities, Attendee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
