Infinity Con Gainesville 2025

Our venue is the Alachua County Sports & Event Center
4870 Celebration Pointe Ave, Gainesville, FL 32608.
We are looking forward to a great two-day show on: Nov 15-16. Vendor spaces are limited.  You will be charged for your space on approval. After your application is submitted, allow up to 3 business days for an approval or denial. • Vendor Booth is a corner 10X10 area and includes 2 chairs, 1 - 8ft table, and 2 vendor passes. Limit of 4 Vendor Booths per vendor.
• If you are a resale vendor selling clothing, games, comics, collectibles, etc. in the comic book, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, steampunk, anime genre, please choose the Vendor application.
• If you are an artist, cosplayer, or author, please choose the Artist Application.

Space is Limited and booth spaces will fill quickly. Infinity Con/Lunar 11 Entertainment LLC. reserves the right to refuse any vendor or artists application. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchasing your space. 

• We are looking for vendors and artists who sell, trade, or create art in comics, video media, gaming (table top, console, etc), anime, or sci-fi/fantasy. If you are not certain your art or business falls under this criteria, email: info@infinitycon.com or add more info to your application. Infinity Con reserves the right to refuse any vendors who are not the appropriate fit for Infinity Con.
• Please be advised – A $25 cancellation fee, per booth space or Artist Alley space, will be deducted from any refund issued due to cancellation. No refunds will be given after Oct 1st, 2025 and service fees are not refundable.
• At this time Infinity Con is not accepting applications from bands, musical artists or any artists selling only AI art for vendor or artist alley spaces.
• Selling of only AI art will not be permitted

If you are a Tabletop gaming developer or publisher and looking to get your games in front of our attendees, and would like a chance at one of the limited spaces available for our Infinity Con Gainesville event on November 15-16 2025. Thank you for your interest in the The Abyss FX Demo Showdown - the Abyss area is where we highlight horror vendors, artists, gaming and special FX! We are looking for special FX artists to join us for our Infinity Con Gainesville event on November 15-16 2025. We are adding an FX demo area and we would like to offer you the chance to demonstrate, and teach, your talents to our attendees! Vendor spaces are available in this area if interested. Vendor fees will apply.

Here is how you can join the demo showdown:

• Shoot a 3-10 minute video of you doing a demo explaining how to do a special FX application. This could be blood FX, prosthetics, *body paint and airbrushing, etc.
• Upload the video to Tiktok/Youtube shorts or other social media.
• Add the link to the video in this application 
• Tag Infinity Con on your social posts
• We will choose FX artists to do demos throughout the weekend!

 What happens if you are chosen:

• If you are chosen, you and a model will be given tickets to Infinity Con Gainesville for the weekend.
• You will be scheduled for 1, 30-45 minute demo throughout the weekend. (We will contact you to discuss what demo is going to work best for you and what time/date)
• Our judges will be looking over the final work from your demos.

• We will have some fun awards for the best demo, FX, judges choice and more!

*No nudity will be allowed for models. This is a family friendly event, so please keep this in mind and feel free to email us at info@infinitycon.com if you have any questions!

The Forgemasters welcome you to the cosplay contest application, please include as much information and be honest about your entries. We look forward to seeing you in all of your glory. 

No fees to apply but a VIP, weekend or saturday pass to Infinity Con Gainesville 2025 is required. The contest will be held november 15th at 4PM. Online application is required for Masters level. Other levels can apply onsite UNLESS space is full. We suggest registering with this application to lock in your spot!
