Join the Town of Fort Mill as we celebrate our Nation’s 249th birthday with food, fireworks and fun at our Independence Day Celebration on Thursday, July 3, 2025!
This free event will be held from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at the Fort Mill Amphitheater and Walter Elisha Park, 345 N. White St. The celebration will feature music, food trucks, vendors, roving entertainment and children’s activities.
The evening kicks off with our Most Patriotic Contest. Meet us at the Amphitheater Stage dressed to impress with your red, white & blue! Winners will receive prizes. Our South Carolina Strawberry Festival Queens and festival mascot, Berry B. Good, will be our judges.
Following at 6:30PM, we'll have music, and Town of Fort Mill will celebrate our Nation’s 249th Birthday with a Special Ceremony at 7:30PM with guests including Town Council, local dignitaries, queens, music and more.
Enjoy music and bubbles from Stateline Productions located in the Food Court among our delicious food, beverage and snack options. You can also visit and shop our many vendors sharing their many fun items, games and information.
We’ll end the evening with our spectacular Fireworks Show at 9:15PM.
Bring a chair or blanket and enjoy the evening!

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
Profanity, both spoken and on attire, is not permitted
Smoking and vaping are not allowed at events
Only approved vendors are permitted to sell at Town events
Soliciting and/or demonstrations of any kind are not permitted
Offensive, disruptive or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated
You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcohol from the marked tents during specified events
The Town of Fort Mill is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, left unattended, or left on the premises after the conclusion of Town events.

We're looking for fun & friendly vendors for Town of Fort Mill's Independence Day Celebration!
This patriotic event will be from 6PM-9:30PM at Walter Elisha Park, 345 N. White Street. We'll have delicious food, music, roving entertainment, kids activities and vendors. We'll end the night with a Fireworks Show! We are full for food and drink vendors.
If you are a vendor that has something for families, individuals, and all ages can enjoy, learn, or experience, then this event is for you!
Please complete the application and submit by May 23, 2025. You will be notified if you are Approved or put on the Wait List by May 30.
