Artists that would like to display and sell their work at Hometown Holidays should apply by October 31, 2025. Artist vendor booths are reserved for fine artists and artisans displaying and selling their original work. Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot at the event. All applicants will be notified of their application status no later than Friday, October 3rd, 2025.

Terms & Conditions
1. Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot at the event.
2. No refunds. If the event is canceled, staff will contact confirmed vendors who have paid their booth fees to reschedule for an upcoming event. Music Alley is a rain-or-shine event.
3. Vendors must be present throughout the festival hours. Tear-down is not permitted before 10p.m.
4. Participants are responsible for their booth and equipment setup and teardown. The spaces provided cannot be moved, relocated, sublet, or resold. Participants must conduct business only in the space provided and not throughout the event area.
5. Personal vehicles are not permitted in booth areas during event hours or extended periods during event setup/takedown. Please limit loading/unloading time as much as possible - ideally no more than 30 minutes.
6. Tents/booths/equipment should be secured using weights, water barrels, buckets, or sandbags as necessary. No stakes.
7. Unless indicated and paid for as part of your booth fee, all vendors must provide any required equipment for themselves: tents, tables, chairs, display hardware, artwork, payment processing equipment, extension cords, etc.
8. Event participants will agree to the capture of videos and photographs at the event for promotional purposes. Any photos taken at the event on behalf of the City are the property of the City of Mansfield.
9. Electric access for small devices is available for a fee. No space heaters/cooler.
10. It is the responsibility of the person signing the vendor agreement to be onsite for the duration of the event and to comply with and enforce all City of Mansfield policies, rules and regulations pertaining to the vendor agreement; especially those outlined in the event rules and regulations. Vendors shall comply with all laws - federal, state, and local - including all ordinances of the City of Mansfield, and all the rules and regulations, of the Community Engagement, Parks and Recreation, Police, and Fire Departments. The vendor agrees to leave the premises in as good or better condition than that which existed prior to usage. It is understood the City of Mansfield merely arranged for the sale of merchandise, the undersigned vendor does hereby release the City of Mansfield from any claim, action, demand, or liability arising out of any conduct of any nature of the City of Mansfield or it's employees or volunteers. The vendor shall be solely responsible for properly and adequately insuring their work and property. The vendor shall hold harmless the City of Mansfield, its staff, volunteers, officers, and agents from any and all claims arising from lost, stolen, or damaged vendor merchandise or property. The undersigned vendor understands that no refunds will be made. Event staff reserve the right to decline any application/vendor deemed unsuitable for the event.
Filling out only this form will not give you a booth at the Hometown Holidays event.

1. Application & Participation
Submission of an application does not guarantee a spot at the event.
Once your application is approved your credit card will be charged for the booth fee.
No refunds. If the event is canceled, staff will contact confirmed vendors who have paid their booth fees to reschedule. The event proceeds rain or shine.
2. Event Standards
This is a family-friendly event. Vendors must follow all policies, rules, and regulations outlined in the vendor agreement.
Vendors must adhere to health, safety, and event regulations.
3. Space Reservation
The City of Mansfield reserves the right to revoke or refuse space at any time without recourse. The event committee may decline any application deemed unsuitable.
4. Application Acknowledgment
By submitting an application, vendors agree to these Terms & Conditions.
5. Permits
Temporary Health Permit: Required for food or drink vendors. Contact Marisa Loera at marisa.loera@mansfieldtexas.gov for permit questions. Be prepared for a food safety inspection at the event.
Temporary Health Permits are required for booths. Tarrant County Health Permits (or Temporary Health Permits) are accepted for Mobile Food Vendors in a food truck. ALL food vendors are subject to on-site inspections by Regulatory Compliance the day of the event.

6. Electricity
Vendors are responsible for their own power supply unless otherwise noted.
7. Booth Requirements
Vehicles are prohibited in booth spaces.
Subleasing of spaces is not allowed.
Booths must be open and staffed throughout the event.
Animals (except service animals) are not permitted in booths.
Vendors are responsible for their booth security.
No alcoholic beverages allowed for vendors during event duties.
Secure tents/booths/equipment with weights (40 lbs per tent leg, totaling 120 lbs). No stakes or tent stacking.
Vendors must provide their own equipment (tables, chairs, etc.) and keep their area clean. Bringing a dolly or wagon is advised.
No assistance is provided for loading/unloading.
Compliance with all health laws and event safety rules is required.
8. Event Logistics
Await instructions for entering/exiting event spaces.
Personal vehicles are not permitted in booth areas during event hours. Limit loading/unloading to 30 minutes.
Booth location determined by Mansfield’s Special Events Department.
Leave the premises in a condition as good or better than prior to usage.
9. Rules & Regulations
Applications are subject to approval based on compliance.
Completed and signed applications are required for consideration.
No profanity, inappropriate materials, or political content.
Vendors are not event spokespeople for media inquiries.
Late arrivals will forfeit vendor payments and participation.
The City of Mansfield is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen property.
Event participants agree to the capture of videos and photos for promotional purposes. Photos taken are the property of the City of Mansfield.
Non-compliance with laws and event rules may result in immediate removal.
10. Sales & Merchandise
Only pre-approved items may be sold. Changes must be approved in writing by Event Officials.
Cash handling and sales are restricted to booth space.
No exclusive sales rights are guaranteed.
Vendors must sell and distribute information only from their booth space.
All sales must conclude by the end of the event.
11. Cancellation Policy
The event proceeds rain or shine. Severe weather may lead to cancellation, with no refunds for weather-related issues.
Vendors are responsible for weather preparation. The festival organizers are not liable for weather-related damages.
Written refund requests for cancellations processed within 30 days.
12. Liability & Insurance
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their work and property.
The vendor agrees to release the City of Mansfield from any claims related to the event.
Vendors must hold harmless the City of Mansfield and its affiliates from any claims arising from lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Submitting a cottage food vendor application signifies you have read and will comply with all policies, guidelines, rules, terms, and conditions set forth in this application and prior to, during and after the event by event organizers. You understand that noncompliance with any event rules, local, state, or federal laws may result in your removal from the event.
You may apply as a cottage food vendor if you fit the following definition and meet all of the requirements outlined below and in the included links and attachments.
Definition: Cottage food vendors sell food that does not require refrigeration to prevent spoilage. Foods that are not cottage food are those that would make someone sick if left out at room temperature, such as Tres Leches, cheesecake, fruit juices, open beverages, jerky, tamales, or items with cut fruit.
Cottage food vendors do not need health permits to sell their products as long as all local and state cottage food laws are followed.
Key Requirements are:
- All items must be prepared in your home kitchen
- NO temperature-sensitive products that would require a cooler/refrigerator at your booth. Unless it is chocolate-covered whole fruits that may melt if not stored in a cooler.
- Products must be labeled according to Cottage Food Law guidelines: company name, home kitchen address, product name, detailed ingredients, and allergens. (see attachment below).
- If samples are provided, they must be prepackaged and labeled following the guidelines below.

All cottage vendors must adhere to the event rules listed. Our health inspectors will be on-site inspecting each booth before we open to check proper labeling and that all food items are cottage.
If any vendor is not in compliance with all local and state cottage vendor laws, you will be asked to leave the event.
