Join us for the Skythenix Holiday Toy Drive Party - a community celebration with a purpose.
On December 13th from 12–3 PM at Iron Monkey Strength, we’re gathering to collect new, unopened toys for children in the Dominican Republic and NYU Langone – Suffolk.
Bring a toy, enjoy the music and energy, meet the Skythenix community, and see the impact we’re creating together.
If you can’t attend in person, you can still contribute through our Amazon Wishlist.

These guidelines are in place to ensure a safe and positive experience for all participants:
1. Personal Health Responsibility
Attendees must take responsibility for monitoring their physical condition.
Do not participate if you feel unwell, injured, or unable to safely perform fitness activities.
2. Safe Use of Equipment
Participants must:
Use equipment as instructed
Avoid unsafe or reckless movements
Follow all guidance from Skythenix staff and Iron Monkey Strength personnel
3. No Liability for Injuries
Skythenix and Iron Monkey Strength are not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur due to participation in physical activities, equipment use, or movement throughout the facility.
4. Emergency Procedures
In an emergency, staff and volunteers may contact EMS or administer basic first aid.
Participants must follow all emergency instructions immediately.
5. Minor Safety
Under 16: Must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times inside the facility.
16–17: May participate alone only with signed guardian consent.
6. Facility Safety Rules
Attendees must:
Keep walkways clear
Wear appropriate footwear
Refrain from horseplay or unsupervised activity
Report any hazards or concerns to staff immediately
7. Media Awareness
If you do not wish to appear in photos/video, please notify a staff member and avoid filming areas.
8. Respect for Others
All participants should maintain a positive and respectful environment. Harassment or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

SKYTHENIX - EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
Skythenix Holiday Toy Drive – December 13, 2025 | Iron Monkey Strength | 12–3 PM
By registering for, attending, or participating in this free event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Voluntary Participation
Participation in all activities hosted by Skythenix is voluntary and includes use of gym space, warm-ups, calisthenics stations, and any movement within Iron Monkey Strength.
2. Assumption of Risk
You understand that fitness activities may involve risks such as slips, falls, overexertion, equipment misuse, collisions, or other injuries.
You agree that you are participating at your own risk.
3. Release of Liability
You hereby release and discharge Skythenix, Iron Monkey Strength, and their respective owners, staff, volunteers, and partners from all claims related to injury, accident, property damage, or other losses that may occur during the event — including claims caused by ordinary negligence.
4. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Skythenix and Iron Monkey Strength from any claims brought by you or on your behalf.
5. Medical Authorization
You authorize staff or emergency personnel to provide or secure medical assistance if needed.
All medical costs remain your responsibility.
6. Minor Participation Policy
Under 16: A parent or legal guardian must be physically present at all times.
Ages 16–17: May attend without a guardian present only if a guardian signs the waiver beforehand.
Guardians agree that all Terms & Conditions apply fully to their minor.
7. Photo & Video Release
By attending, you grant permission for Skythenix to photograph or record you (or your minor) for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be recorded, please refrain from areas where filming is in progress.
8. Conduct & Facility Respect
Participants must respect gym rules, staff instructions, event equipment, and fellow attendees.
Skythenix may remove anyone whose behavior jeopardizes safety.
9. Donations
Entry is free. Attendees are encouraged to bring a new, unopened toy or donate through the Amazon Wishlist.
10. Parking
Street parking is available in the surrounding area, but not guaranteed. There is no dedicated event parking lot.
11. Agreement
By signing up or entering the premises, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
