This market is hosted and organized by MMATL, however, there are some restrictions upheld by the church at the venue (see below). They will be reviewing the applications before the final approval.

 

The owner of the small business MUST BE PRESENT for the entirety of the market. If you cannot be there, you will not be invited back. Our customers love to learn about you and your business - especially on SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY.

 

Applications will be reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis. 

 

🚫 RESTRICTIONS (including, but not limited to): Anything related to New Age Spirituality (crystals, non-traditional healing, fallen angels / demons, astrology, herbalism, smudging, aura cleansing, mysticism, chakra balancing, intuition-based practices, etc.), alcohol, and profanity.

 

We only have about 40 booths available - mainly indoor with a limited amount of outdoor spaces. Sizes vary - please review all options and select one or two backup options as well. We are looking for specialty booths offering one or two categories versus boutiques offering many categories/items. Each category is very limited to allow for as much variety as possible throughout the market, and as little competition as possible amongst the vendors.

 

Items priced at $50 and less do best. Higher priced items do sell, but the majority of your sales will come from lower to moderately priced items. Smaller in size, easily gifted items do best as well. 

 

We are expecting anywhere from 1,100 to 1,500+ visitors. We are a destination market. People come to shop. 

 

Vendor fees begin at $169 (not including Eventeny fees which are approximately 6%).

 

Indoor 10x10s are SOLD OUT and no longer available. Please select multiple back-up booth options when prompted. Many sizes are limited in quantity.

 

If you choose an outdoor booth, you will not be able to move indoors in case of inclement weather. Please consider this before selecting an outdoor booth. Make sure your tent and product can easily withstand rain and wind (if necessary) and you must have at least 20 pound weights on each leg. Side walls are strongly encouraged. There will be no access to electricity so you will need to bring your own power source. 

 

I have included a tentative vendor layout for reference only. This is ONLY a mock-up at this time. 

 

Your booth fee includes space ONLY. You must provide your own table(s), displays, chair(s), and floor-length tablecloths (no plastic tablecloths allowed). All boxes/bins/overstock/wagons/etc. must be hidden below tables. 

 

No decoration of any kind may be attached to any part of the facility or facility equipment with staples, glue, nails, adhesive tape, or any other method that may cause damage to the facility walls or other fixtures. 

 

This event is RAIN-OR-SHINE. 

 

Set-up times will be no earlier than 7am on the day of the event, and will be staggered throughout the morning. You will receive a vendor email by Wednesday evening with your exact set up time. Teardown will begin at 4:30pm or earlier. Due to this being a Holiday Market, we may have shoppers staying late. I will make an announcement if we can wrap it up earlier than 4:30pm.

THIS APPLICATION IS FOR FOOD TRUCKS / KITCHENS ONLY.

 

Our Holiday Market will be on Saturday, November 29, 2025 from 10am-4pm at The Heights in Cumming, GA. This is also SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY. We will have 40+ local artisans setting up inside the venue as well as a few outside adjacent to the designated food truck area and patio. 

 

If you would like to plug in to the 50 amp outlet you will be need to add on the $25 electric fee. Depending on location you may need up to a 50-ft. cord.
