Hillsborough Jazz Festival is a community-centered celebration of live jazz, local culture, and creative entrepreneurship. Featuring nationally recognized artists, emerging student performers, artisan craft vendors, local businesses, food trucks, and regional breweries, this outdoor festival brings together music lovers and families for an unforgettable day in Hillsborough.
We are seeking high-quality craft vendors, visual artists, specialty makers, and select food trucks to join us. This event is professionally produced, widely promoted through WHUP FM and regional partners, and designed to highlight the best of our local and regional creative community.
Limited vendor and food truck spaces available.

Directions
Parking instructions
all artists and vendors will load out at the artisan market location then park their respective vehicles in the General parking lot. Parking attendants will direct to appropriate locations. All vendors are expected to be loaded out no later than 11 am. Doors open at 12pm, music at 1pm
Health & safety
All food trucks will meet all government health standards, no outside food sales unless prior approval, no outside alcohol allowed, no smoking.

We are currently accepting applications from artists, craftsmen, and businesses interested in participating in this year’s event. We welcome original artwork, handcrafted goods, and unique products that reflect creativity, quality, and community spirit. Join us for a vibrant day celebrating local talent and entrepreneurship.
All food vendors will be on a case by case basis.
