By applying you agree to provide:
(4) workshop sessions on a Sunday afternoon
(2) 45-60 min sessions between 1-3, geared toward ages 5-7
(2) 45-60 min sessions between 4-6, geared toward ages 8-12
Paid participant cost should range between $15-$25
Materials and assistance for up to 12 children
Have free participation options available (for instance coloring sheets or Santa letter templates)

Situated on Highway 42, 1/4 mile from the intersection of Old Stage Road, we are 10 minutes from Fuquay and less than 15 to I-40.
WHEN: 6 Sundays:
November 13 through December 18
WE PROVIDE:
Shelter with electricity, a propane patio heater and lights
Tables and chairs for up to 12 participants
Other kids attractions (fenced play area with bounce house, glitter tattoos, etc.)
Holiday Boutique for shopping
Gift wrapping station to benefit non-profit
Extensive event marketing on all social media platforms as well as a variety of print marketing
Workshop spotlight on social media highlighting your story/products
Food Truck Garden
Ample parking
Festive, holiday atmosphere
Free glitter clean-up ;)
VENDING: You are welcome to bring take-home kits to sell during workshop hours. If you would also like to bring pre-made products, you will need to include this information on your application. Depending on the approved vendor group, we may or may not be able to approve your retail items. If you are selling as a vendor, you will need to be set up during regular vendor hours 11-8. Otherwise, you are free to come and go for workshops only.
COST:
$30 + 3% transaction fee (Early bird prior to Friday 9/23 at midnight)
$50 + 3% transaction fee after 9/23
Donation of one "gift basket item" with your marketing materials attached (approx retail value $15)
BOOKING MULTIPLE DATES: The goal is to provide enough variety that families will want to come back every Sunday. If you apply for multiple dates, please make sure you describe how each workshop will be different.
Within the application process, you will be given the opportunity select *all the dates you are available.* Once you submit your application, we will check these dates for availability and will approve you for up to 6 dates total (providing you are able to offer different workshops.)
IMPORTANT: You will let us know how many different weekends you want to reserve by selecting the correct quantity at check out.
For example: If you are available 4 out of the 6 Sundays and only want to be scheduled for 2 Sundays, you would select the 4 Sundays that you are free, but then only choose a quantity of (2) at check out. No fees are collected until the application is processed and approved. If space is available, we will assign your dates from those you selected, then process your payment for the total number of reservations.
All applicants MUST have social media set up for your business (minimum Facebook.) We will need at least 5 good quality photos of your workshop projects, as well as a thorough description, cost, and age ranges.
