- Vendor Check-In + Setup: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Vendor Rest / Alignment Period: 3:00 PM – 3:45 PM
(A time for grounding, preparing energetically, and resting before VIP entry) - VIP Early Access Shopping: 3:45 PM – 4:15 PM
- General Admission Entry: 4:30 PM – 5:00 PM
- Event Duration: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Vendor Breakdown: 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM

✨ WHO QUALIFIES?
Press and media registration is open to journalists and creators who regularly produce editorial content. This includes:
- Writers, bloggers, and podcasters
- Photographers and videographers
- Producers, editors, and influencers
- Freelancers or staff for newspapers, magazines, blogs, podcasts, TV, or radio
Applicants should be attending specifically to cover HeartWave through interviews, photography, recap coverage, or visual storytelling.
