Walking Event: This is a walking event throughout Downtown Smithfield. The wine stroll route may take you across several blocks and may include uneven sidewalks or brick pathways. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and being mindful of your surroundings.
Crosswalks & Traffic: Please use designated crosswalks and obey all traffic signals. Downtown streets will remain open to vehicles, so be cautious when crossing.
Age Requirement for Wine: The event is open to all ages, but you must be 21 or older to participate in wine tastings. All wine participants must present a valid ID at check-in.
Stay Hydrated & Drink Responsibly: We encourage you to stay hydrated throughout the evening and enjoy tastings responsibly. Water stations will be available.
Be Courteous & Respectful: This is a community event—please be kind to volunteers, vendors, and fellow attendees.
If you have any questions or need assistance during the event, staff and volunteers will be available at check-in and throughout the route.
