WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING 9 SAVORY FOOD TRUCKS FOR THIS EVENT. WE WILL NOT HAVE ANY DUPLICATES.
If you are NOT already permitted with the City of Boston:
You must apply for a Temporary Permit for the festival.
The application is uploaded below, and the fee is $30.
You are responsible for submitting this on your own.
In addition, you will need a Boston Fire Permit. Please review all the attached paperwork carefully and contact the City directly to schedule an inspection if required.
If you ARE currently permitted with the City of Boston:
Please email a copy of your valid permit directly to mish@ftfofamerica.com.
These permits are mandatory for participation, so please take care of this as soon as possible.
PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE UNDER THE QUESTIONS SECTION. YOU CAN FIND THE WORDING FOR THIS UNDER Document templates, files, instructions, & waivers
You will receive a load-in email with all the information regarding setup and breakdown on Monday, October 27, 2025. If you are a trailer, you will have to unhitch your truck and park in the parking lot.
YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY WHEN WE APPROVE YOU. Payment is due at registration!
We do not give exclusivity, and there are no refunds.
FESTIVAL SPOTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE.
