Showcase your products, services, or art at one of Sarasota’s most vibrant and well-attended events! This annual one-day festival offers a unique opportunity for 100 vendors to connect with thousands of attendees in the heart of the city’s thriving arts district.

General Information

1. Project Pride will provide a 10'x10' display space, and does not include tables, chairs, a tent, nor electricity.
2. Tents may be rented through PPSRQ during the registration process for an additional $225.
3. Quiet generators are allowed at vendor spaces.
4. You may edit registration afters submission and approval. This includes, but is not limited to:
   1. day of event contact information
   2. company logo (Eventeny ONLY accepts a jpeg file for the logo)
   3. company URL
   4. non-profit documentation
5. Certificate of Insurance (CIO) information will be sent to vendors once the application is approved. You will have the option to upload your COI or purchase insurance online.
6. Vendor Setup and Load-In starts at 8:30 AM and will be by zones (to be communited prior to the event).
7. The festival starts at 12:00 PM and ends at 5:00 PM
8. Vendor Breakdown and Load-Out starts at 5:00 PM.
