Grove City Town Center 11th Annual Bourbon & Spirits Festival

The Grove City Town Center is excited to host the 11th Annual Bourbon & Spirits Festival on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 1PM - 10PM at the park located at 3359 Park St, Grove City, OH.  This signature event celebrates bourbon, craft spirits and the growing distilling community, drawing local residents and visitors for an afternoon and evening of tastings,entertainment and shopping. 

 

We are inviting distilleries from Ohio to showcase their products and connect with a passionate audience of spirits enthusiasts. Our organization will obtain an F2 permit for the event. This allows us to sell samples of bourbons, whiskies, and spirits; however, bottle sales are not permitted within the event. We understand this does not allow for direct on-site product sales, but it does provide a valuable platform to promote your brand and connect with new customers. We will purchase your product either through a wholesale distributor or directly from you to have available for sampling. Volunteers will handle the pouring — we simply ask that you have a representative present to engage with guests, educate them about your product, and help elevate the experience. We also encourage you to bring any marketing materials you would like to share.

We are inviting food trucks to join the festival and serve attendees throughout the day and evening. Participating vendors will have the opportunity to serve a large, engaged audience of spirits and festival enthusiasts, gain exposure through event marketing, social media, and onsite signage, and be part of a lively outdoor festival atmosphere alongside tastings and shopping.

Artisan Criteria – Please Read Before Applying

 

We are intentionally curating a one-of-a-kind experience and are seeking highly unique, bourbon-inspired artisans and crafters to participate.

Ideal vendors may include (but are not limited to):

Bourbon barrel creations (furniture, décor, charcuterie boards, etc.)
Handcrafted items incorporating bourbon elements
Bourbon-infused specialty foods (shelf-stable only, if applicable)
Themed artwork, leather goods, candles, woodworking, metal art, or specialty gifts
Creative, elevated products that align with a bourbon lifestyle aesthetic

 

Please note: This is not a general craft show. We are specifically looking for vendors whose products clearly connect to bourbon culture, craftsmanship, and heritage.

We are seeking friendly and reliable volunteers to help make the Bourbon & Spirits Festival a success! Volunteers will assist with various event needs, including event set-up and tear down, working the ticket booth, supporting participating distilleries, and helping event goers with questions and directions throughout the festival. Volunteers should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and enjoy interacting with the public. A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed are essential. This is a great opportunity to support a community event while being part of a fun and vibrant festival atmosphere.
