Health & safety
-First aid station will be available on-site for minor injuries or emergencies.
-Hydration stations will be available throughout the venue — stay hydrated!
-Hand sanitizer will be provided at key points across the event space.
-Respect personal space and avoid crowding in high-traffic areas.
-Costumes must allow for clear visibility and mobility for safety.
-All fire exits and emergency routes must remain clear at all times.
-Security and staff will be stationed throughout the venue for assistance.
-Report any suspicious behavior or safety concerns to event staff immediately.
-Attendees who are feeling unwell are encouraged to stay home.
-In case of an emergency, follow instructions from staff or emergency personnel promptly.
Terms & Conditions
-Attendees must present valid Qr Code upon entry.
-All attendees must wear their event wristband at all times.
-No outside food or drink allowed inside the venue.
-Respect all cosplayers, staff, vendors, and fellow attendees.
-Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
-Children under 12 are free and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-Cosplay and props must be convention-safe (no real weapons or sharp edges).
-The Geek Out reserves the right to remove anyone violating rules without refund.
-No unauthorized selling or soliciting is allowed.
-By entering, you consent to photography and video recordings for promotional use.
