Please carefully read all details for the event, including instructions on entering your art for consideration. This is an ARTS festival. Although we love all types of handmade wares and crafts, this particular festival is selective when accepting applications.
Details for the Georgia Outdoor Festival and Expo
- the Georgia Outdoor Festival and Expo will be held June 20, 12-8pm and June 21, 12-6pm.
- This is an ARTS event. All work displayed in the booth must be for sale. Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural. Metal: Sculptural or decorative work made from metal. No jewelry will be accepted in this category. Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece. Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography. Only artist’s original source material is acceptable. Printmaking: Only hand-pulled original prints are allowed in this category. Prints of artist's original work is allowed. Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium. Two-Dimensional: Drawing, painting, and digital works.
- Application Requirements and Festival Day Considerations:
- Artists must submit application by May 23 2026 11:59pm.
- Artists must submit up to 5 of images of their work as a small representation of the artist’s body of work, including at least one image(s) of your tent display as part of the application.
- Applications will not be considered without $25 payment at time of submission.
- Booth fee for accepted artists is $275 and will be charged upon acceptance.
- No refunds.
- Artists are responsible for tents, tables, and all displays.
- Each artist must use a 10x10 SOLID WHITE tent.
- If accepted, artists MUST bring weights to weigh down the tent.
- Artists are responsible for all display equipment and presentation of their work.
There will not be electricity or water provided.
If you need electricity, you will need to bring a quiet generator.
If you need water, you will need to provide your own.
One Vendor per booth space; sharing of booth space is not allowed. Vendors cannot sublet or apportion space to anyone else.
Set‐up is allowed during allotted times only.
While the Event Committee will make every effort to accommodate specific requests, we cannot guarantee truck/trailer locations and locations will be assigned by the Event Committee upon arrival to event.
- All the Georgia Outdoor Festival and Expo merchandise must be original, handmade, and created by the exhibitor.
- Artists must be present with their work for the duration of the festival. No commercial agents, dealers, or sales people may operate an artist’s booth.
Booth must always be open and manned during festival hours.
Vendors are responsible for booth set‐up, break‐down, and security of your property.
- All vehicles, trailers and debris are to be off the street and cleared from the festival area by 11:00 a.m.
After unloading and setup, vendor vehicles and trailers must be moved to designated vendor parking area(s). Vehicles and trailers are not permitted to enter the festival grounds and area during festival hours of operation, unless otherwise approved by the Event Committee.
Vendors must unload and move vehicles immediately to designated parking areas. If Vendor carries additional stock, it is suggested to bring a dolly or hand‐cart to bring additional stock to booth as necessary.
- Booth must be set‐up and ready for business by 11:30am.
- Artists take down at the end of the festival.
- Absolutely no early teardowns.
Rain or Shine
No “rain date.” Fees will not be refunded in case of inclement weather.
This is a rain or shine event.
No Show Policy Artists who have not checked-in by 10:30am Saturday, June 20, will be considered a “no-show.” No-show artists are not eligible for refunds and may not set up after 10:30am.
Liability
Neither Black Sheep Promotions, Cherokee County Parks and Rec, Menagerie on Main nor its agents or representatives will be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur to the Exhibitor/Artist, the Exhibitor’s agents or representatives, or his/her property from any cause whatsoever. Exhibitors should obtain, at their own expense, insurance against any loss, damage, or injury they may require.
Sale Terms
- Application fee is $25 due upon submission.
- All sales are final.
- Artists keep 100% of sales from their tents/booths.
- Exhibitors shall be responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, or approvals under state laws applicable to his/her activity at the the Georgia Outdoor Festival and Expo and for paying any taxes, sales taxes, fees, or other charges that may be applicable to any Exhibitor’s activity at the the Georgia Outdoor Festival and Expo.
This application is for outdoor-focused retail vendors, makers, and tastemakers offering high-quality goods and experiences focused on the outdoors. We're seeking artisans, craftspeople, boutique brands, specialty foods (packaged), unique lifestyle items, and more. If you create or curate something original, functional, or beautiful—and it’s not traditional fine art—this is the application for you. (Painters, photographers, and sculptors should apply through the Artist Application.)
White or custom branded tents preferred. A photo of your tent and display must be submitted with your application.

APPLICATION AND FESTIVAL FEES: Application deadline is May 23, 2026. Vendors will be charged at time of acceptance.
All vendor load in information will go out one week prior to the festival date.
VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
-This is a family friendly festival that will include craft beer, food vendors, live music, and several other activities.
-All vendors must be approved by the Event Committee, which reserves the right to permit vendors and limit activities at its sole discretion.
-Only vendors and products that are approved by the Event Committee will be permitted.
-All Vendors must have products to sell that are cash and carry.
-No promotional business booths will be allowed unless they come on as a sponsor.
-The application deadline is May 23, 2026.
-Booth location will be assigned by the Event Committee. Multiple spaces may be requested for an additional fee per space. Tents are not provided.
-There will not be electricity or water provided.
-If you need electricity, you will need to bring a quiet generator.
-If you need water, you will need to provide your own.

-The Event Committee reserves the right to ask any Vendor to remove any product or display deemed not acceptable by the Event Committee at the sole discretion of the Event Committee.
-The Event Committee reserves the right to remove from our mailing list Vendors who display unprofessional behavior.
-Vendors must be present and operational for the duration of the festival.
-Early breakdown will not be permitted.
-There is no rain date – come prepared rain or shine.
-Booth must always be open and manned during festival hours.
-Vendors are responsible for booth set‐up, break‐down, and security of your property.
-Booth must be set‐up and ready for business by 11:30 a.m. All vehicles, trailers and debris are to be off the street and cleared from the festival area by 11:00 a.m.. -Vendors will not be allowed to park cars, trucks, or trailers at the curb surrounding the park during festival hours – NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Vendors must unload and move vehicles immediately to designated parking areas. If Vendor carries additional stock, it is suggested to bring a dolly or hand‐cart to bring additional stock to booth as necessary.
-Vendors are responsible for Georgia State Sales Tax collection and reporting and any other sales fees or other charges that may be applicable to any activity relating to this festival.
-Vendors cannot leave debris, boxes, etc. at booth space.
-A 50% refund will be given if made prior to April 24, 2026. Cancellations on or after April 24, 2026 must be made in writing via email will not receive a refund of fees submitted.
-No refunds will be given for no‐shows.
-The application fee is not refundable in whole or part.
-The Event Committee reserves the right to remove any Vendor from the event who does not adhere to all Rules & Regulations set forth by the Event Committee. - Non‐compliance with the rules and regulations set forth may affect obtaining booth space in future Black Sheep Promotions events.
Special consideration will be given to vendors whose offerings align with the spirit of the outdoors, but we welcome all types of food vendor submissions.
If your setup brings a little extra flair or ties into the outdoor theme in a memorable way, we definitely want to hear from you!—think open-fire cooking, grilling, primitive methods, or creative, rustic presentations that elevate the experience.
