Application for Artist and Crafters for the 55th Georgia Apple Festival in Ellijay Georgia, October 10-11 and 17-18, 2026. The Georgia Apple Festival is a juried arts and crafts show. Please read over the Festival Rules, Terms & Conditions before filling out and submitting your application. By submitting your application and payment you agree to and understand the Festival Rules, Limitations and Procedures. Please note that you must pay the non-refundable Jury/Application fee at the time of application. Final application deadline is March 31, 2026, jury selection for the 2026 show will begin in April, with vendors being notified starting in May. Application for Demonstrations and Non-Profits for the 55th Georgia Apple Festival in Ellijay Georgia, October 10-11 and 17-18, 2026.

Demonstrators- Please make sure to list any special needs and safety concerns when describing your demonstration.

Non-Profits - The Georgia Apple Festival is primarily an arts and crafts show,however we do leave a small number of booth spaces for our non-profits. If applications exceed available spaces, these groups are entered into a "lottery" type of approval. We encourage these groups to offer interactive activities or something else besides simply being informative. Organizations are responsible for following Georgia's rules and regulations regarding registration, permitting, and "raffle laws".  

 Non-profit and demonstrator booth space dimensions and fees may be adjusted on a case by case basis. If your application is deemed to fit into the artist/crafter or concessions categories, you will be notified and the fee difference will be required.

Vendor Insurance may be required in order to participate and we will reach out to approved vendors rgarding this.

Are you interested in playing or entertaining at the Georgia Apple Festival? Please fill out this application to be considered.

PLEASE READ: Let me get the money part out of the way. As a non-profit fundraising event, we do not have a huge entertainment budget and that usually leaves us about $500 per act. The nature of the event and stage size lends itself best to smaller, acoustic shows. We have one act play through the day allowing them to take breaks as they wish. After a few years of having live entertainment we have discovered that trying to do multiple acts during the festival just doesn't work and is hard on the performers dealing with load in, setup, and tear down. The festival hours are Saturdays 9-6 and Sunday 9-5. We ask for acts to be able to play from 11-4 on Saturday and 11-3 or 4 on Sunday. Bands typically take about 3 breaks and we have a few options for food to offer. Playing repeat songs is allowed and understood. It is a long day and we appreciate your effort. More on setup, parking, and interest upon approval into the festival.
 
The stage area is small but the music is piped through our speaker system all around the park. We do have a board that you will just “plug into” and a sound manager who can/will assist with set up along with balancing and mixing sound during your sets. While we have a few cables and mics, we recommend bringing them and any other equipment you may need.
 
We hope to make entertainment selections by the end of March at the latest.

Concession booths are only available for vendors doing BOTH weekends. Fees will be invoiced upon approval notification.
